• I moved CS4 Standard again win laptop 8.1. It does not recognize the serial number.

  I disabled and uninstalled CS4 Standard of an old laptop. I tried to install it on a new computer laptop win 8.1, using an installation folder (the new laptop doesn't have a dvd player), but it doesn't recognize the serial number. It installed ok as a trial, but is not a permanent solution.

  This information is incorrect.  your serial number, if it worked on windows xp, will work in 8 victory.  You may need to use compatibility mode, but even that is unlikely.

  Looks like you install a version of the CS6 upgrade and it asks you to provide information about the eligible previous version you are upgrading.   After you enter the serial number of the CS6, you select the older version from the list, and then enter the serial number of the previous version to prove that you are eligible to use CS6.  See the following...

  HiI just got a new Lenovo X 61 laptop and trying to understand what warenty I might have with Lenovo.

  Then I go to the site Lenovoes > support and try to enter my serial number. I looked at the instructions and double and triple checked and I'm sure I got it right but the site won't accept it.

  It reads:

  LVxxxxx TYPE 7674 - X 04 S/N 06/2009

  PRODUCT ID: 7674 - X 04

  that should mean that the serial number is: 7674X04LVxxxxx

  They are that no other numbers on the back with the exception of MAC address and a S/N Vista Home Basic.
