problem starting some FSX missions

Hello, I'm under win 7 32 bits of the system that has been updated to xp.

I started having a problem with fsx after that it ran ok for a while. Problem is that some missions (most with helicopters) will not start the engine using the value default ctrl + e command.  I finally uninstalled fsx tried to reload. The programs start as before, but once more I can't launch certain missions because the engine does not start... I checked to make sure the comand to start the engine was always the same and it's is not just a matter of orders of reset engine start.

It's time for me to ask stupid questions bear now if with me.

Is is possible that my problem is in the registry file and if so, how can I solve this, I think that just do a sytem restore would not solve the problem because the registry errors exist for a long time and the way I understand I need a restore date that inhibitors of registry errors and I'm not that old. I have a registry repair disk I made early on, when I first upgraded to win 7. This disc will return to the registry files and if yes, is it possible to repair the registry file without the need to reload all the other programs that have been added on what I need to do using Sys restore.

I also understand that others have had problems when reinstalling fsx. If it's maybe my problem is an easy fix for this situation and if so can point me in the right direction. I've been struguling with it for awhile and it seems that more I read about it I get more confused.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Al

    Hi kkle4,

You use the preinstalled version of Windows 7 in Toshiba? I can t find any information in your posting on OS :(

Otherwise I agree with Akuma and you should check the BIOS version and probably an update would be useful. Before you begin to update of the BIOS here are some useful tips:
-Close all running programs (also, antivirus, firewall, etc.)
-Make sure that you are logged on as an administrator
-Unzip all files from zip archive
-Connect the AC adapter before you can update the BIOS and make sure the battery is fully charged

  • Problem starting Equium L40

    Hello

I use F1 to start my Equium L40 every time I tun turn it on. It will then start ok but he forgot the time and date, as soon as I update time / date, the computer works perfectly I can access all my email etc accounts without having to put anything.

The problem started after the replacement of the battery because of that being almost completely dead. I noticed that the computer will not work on AC only without mounted battey but is still charging the battery ok. (if the adapter is ok)

I love the computer and do not really want to buy a new, but it is very frustrating and tedious when I turn it on.

Maybe there is a battery backup I can change to fix the problem?

    Any help would be appreciated?

    Hello

Laptop should also work without battery but connected to the power adapter
So I guess that your motherboard is affected in some way.

If the RTC battery (bios) is empty, the time and date in the BIOS menu would be reset to the default value. But in my opinion, this shouldn't be a problem to use the laptop with AC adapter.

However, the RTC battery can be charged to do that you need to connect the main battery and power adapter and the laptop must be turned on for a longer period of time (18-20 hours).

    Check it out!

  • Problems starting HP Mini 210-2100, partition deleted, flashing the line underscore, System Recovery does not

    Hi all

    my situation is like this:

When I turn on my laptop I get a black screen with a flashing underscore above it "no boot device - insert boot disk and press any key" (even if the BIOS boot order a hard drive for laptop on top). I changed this order a couple of times because I used a USB stick with Windows 7 on it (black version) to enter System Recovery Options (without USB I can't access the system recovery (F11 doesn't work not).)

My System Recovery Options window is white/empty (no operating system, the size of the partition and the location). I'm going on and click repair system that did not help (it of a loop, do not start Windows). In the Diagnostics and repair of details it is Root cause found:

The partition table doesn't have a valid System Partition.

    Repair action: Partition table repair

    Result: Completed successfully. Error code = 0 x 0

That's because before this problem starting with underscore flashing, I had another problem: "BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to restart» I was impatient and wanted to fix that quickly and made a big mistake, after looking on the web for some time I have found no useful websites describing how to fix it (I found one when it was already too late). I went on a channel on youtube and came with: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S8n-G9Rv2zo before I didn't know what a clean install was, I looked up 03:55 and made perfect:

    CMD:

    DiskPart

    list disk

    Select disk 0

    partition from the list

selected and deleted all 4 partitions (size: 215GB, 199 MB, GB, 103-17 MB)

created new partitions same dimensions (all the primary dimensions)

then I stopped and clicked on a cross (x) in cmd to get out when I came to a new window where I clicked on YES (I have not read what he was doing, I just wanted to go to bed because it was too late). Since there is no "BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart"(damage because now I know how to fix this, I was just too stupid, impatient and irresponsible), there is just a line of underscore flashing with"No boot device - insert boot disk and press any key"any of the BIOS boot order is this sentence does not disappear. He did a couple of times before, but no more.

So after this long description, my question is:

Is there a way to recover my data which I assume is lost and can not restore? I have no backups or images.

P.S. I do not installed Windows 7, I just deleted partition table and created a new.

Sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker. Thank you in advance.

    Hi MatBar,

Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I'm sorry but there is no way to recover the data once you have deleted the partition. You could try a local repair facility, given that some devices of data to recover your data.

You may restore the Windows 7 operating system with disks if you find someone with the same version of Windows that you use their discs.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.

  • 6520: problem starting c:\Program HP HP Photosmart 6520 series\bin\HPStatusBL.dll

I uninstalled the HP 6520; didn't uninstall errors. [do not remember if I uninstalled with a 6520 uninstall exe or if I did it with Windows 10 uninstall programs.]  Now, every time I start my PC, I get an Error Message window indicating "there was a problem starting c:\Program HP HP Photosmart 6520 series\bin\HPStatusBL.dll the specified module could not be found."

I have a Photosmart C7250 which is attached to my router via LAN as a network printer and works as it should.

I would like to get rid of the Photosmart missing dll error, but, not at the expense of ruining the c7250.

The 6520 file is missing, the 6520 has been correctly removed from devices and printers.  Why my PC is still trying to load a dll missing at startup after that the 6520 6520 was supposed to be uninstalled?

How can I fix the error starting 6520 without spoiling the C7250?

    Hi @PineSap,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see from your HP Officejet 6520 uninstalling you now this error message ' there was a problem starting C:\program HP HP Deskjet 1510 series\bin\HPStatusBL.dll .

" The specified module could not be found ' at startup.

After some research, I was able to find this solution on Forums, see below:

For Windows 10 publication RunDLL error (HPStatusBL.dll) check this site:

(Activate prior the hidden files and folders)

    C:\Users\(your user name) \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

(Maybe depending on who has installed the software, see other users if you do not do so in your profile)

Remove the shortcut that HP does not decently cleanup during uninstall:

Monitor alerts of ink - HP xxxxxxxxxx -Source

I hope that this helps, please let me know the results. I'll watch for your reply.

  • Windows Vista freezing, problems starting mode safe mode, Windows Update does not work, etc.

Hi all. I am operating Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1, 32-bit on an HP Pavilion dv6000.

My problems started about two months ago, when I installed several updates through Windows Update. I started having problems with my USB ports (even if these pilots were not being updated) and the computer was never able to close successfully. I tried to uninstall these updates, but that did not fix the questions I had. I have also installed software (AutoCAD 2007) at the same time and uninstalled, nothing helps.

Then my computer started to freeze after running for a few minutes. Time seems to vary from 5 minutes of good use for 1 hour, but I found that it works only because this so long, I only open a program or file and use it all the time (for example, reading a book in Adobe Acrobat format). If I try to open the program or additional files, go to control panel, etc. (read: if I do everything related to Windows Explorer) the computer crashes. I can still move my cursor but none of the windows meet, and I can't ctrl + alt + delete to enter the Task Manager (I get a black screen).

I was manually shut down my computer every time that happens and boot in SafeMode several times. Sometimes when I try to start safe mode it is hampering the crcdisk file and turns off. It happens not every time, however. Sometimes, when it starts it running the disk check, and there has been some index files that it has been deleted and orphaned files that it has been moved.

I tried to do a system restore to a point before the updates I've installed in October, but my computer has no points system, restore even if he says it was their creation before you install these updates.

The last problem is that when I go to Windows Update, it says that I have never checked for or downloaded the updates in the 15 months that I've had the computer - is not true, I, he lost at the time of all the record of it. So although I would like to provide you with wonderful with a record of what I've updated and people uninstalled, I can't because all this information is gone. In addition, I can't connect to the internet to try to check the news updates, because our internet service runs a USB modem, which is not communicating properly with my computer.

I hope someone has an idea of what's going on. I just can't understand the common point that all these questions arise, my technology skills are somewhat limited, so I hope for a relatively easy solution.

    Sarah

BTW, all my files were backed up on external drives.

I don't know Jack about computers, but I don't know that I went through almost exactly the same thing.  My pc was ok, then in a month or two, it took a nose dive.  something I did was too that much could not think of everything.  A friend told me to reset my bios to default settings and see what happens.  After having spent only 7 hours trying to teach myself on bios, I got stabbed in this area and it worked.  Everything is great runnng.  Now I can even right click on icons without crashing.

Disabled under msconfig.exe startup items are moved to this location in the registry:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Tools\MSConfig
To permanently delete, you can delete the key relevant to this place. Method of the prudent man will like so:
    1. Burn a CD of Windows repair. Everyone who makes his own PC must have a maintenance.
    2. Create a System Restore Point.
    3. Start the computer with the CD in repair and check if the above Restore Point is visible.

"If I run the drop table SQL and then run create it, how does my admin password back in place in and the boot after that field?

I think you need to do this by hand (only in the tables that you have to do that, is anybodies guess). Don't know how much work, it is for you to throw everything and start over (think it's much faster then clumsiness on and any break in any case).

It might be useful to use the embedded LDAP instead of the RDMBS one protocol when you re-create the field.

The extension Freeven pro is probably the problem. Only that disable and check again.

If you have the same problem after having disabled the extension pro Freeven then, disable graphics hardware acceleration.

You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

    Then perform the following steps:

    • Click on the orange top left Firefox button, then select the 'Options' button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to tools > Options.
    • In the Firefox options window, click the Advanced tab, and then select 'General '.
    • You will find in the list of parameters, the checkbox use hardware acceleration when available . Clear this check box.
    • Now restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

In addition, please check the updates for your graphics driver by following the steps in the following knowledge base articles:

In safe mode hardware, acceleration is disable by default.

    Thank you.
