Error 1722 when installing Kaspersky Internet Security
I'm trying to uninstall Kaspersky PURE 2.0 in order to install Kaspersky Internet Security. I have Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. During the uninstall process, my computer hangs when removing the drivers. I click Cancel and you receive this error message:
Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the Setup did not finish as expected. Contact Technical Support or the vendor of the package. ActionDeleteDriversx64.330C26E4_9D96_45DE_8DE8_FAB177773E5C, location: C:\Program Files (x86)\...\DrvInstaller.exe, command: / sup: {8C28AA9B-9756-4AD5-8F9F-82C8B7C9AC4B})I searched through this forum and am not able to find anything that helps. However, most of the display associated with error 1722 are old enough. What is a Windows problem or something related to my Kaspersky?Nicely,Andrews1of5Hi Andrews,
This problem is related to Kaspersky and the error can be caused by an incorrect installation of the system driver klim.sys.
I suggest to see the help link and check if it makes a difference.

It is a new HP laptop, preloaded with Windows 7 Professional, including Windows Virtual PC and WIndows XP Mode. 2013 - Kaspersky Internet Security is responsible. With the launch of XP Mode Windows Virtual PC, I get my password, integration are enabled and the Windows XP desktop appears. There is a notification that the virtual machine is protected by 2013 of Kaspersky Internet Security. A ToolTip appears and indicates that Kaspersky needs to be refreshed. (Note: Kaspersky has been updated under the Windows 7 platform). When you attempt to update, the virtual machine freezes up. By clicking on the Start button returns nothing. The only thing I can do is output using the X in the upper right. A window opens on the Windows 7 Desktop poster "The Virtual Machine into hibernation". This window remains on my desk, and apparently the VM is not hibernate. I have to perform a reboot of windows 7 and, in the process, forcing the Virtual PC to stop before the reboot process can begin. Note that if I set up the Office XP under XP Mode, then immediately stop the XP Mode (I don't try to do SOMETHING else), hibernation is successful. MS Help Desk wants to charge $99 for this problem. It is a new machine, for Petes sake! Answers, please?

Flash CS4 works only with Windows 7 64-bit and Kaspersky Internet Security
I have a new computer to core i5 Windows 7 64 bit retail. With Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 installed Flash CS4 answers so that it is completely unusable. Uninstall KIS and it works quite well. I already read on another forum that someone of another encounter the same problem with the same combination of products. Does anyone else have this problem amd If Yes, how do you solve? I posted on the forum of Kaspersky without solution so far.
Norton works OK with Windows 7 (64) and CS4?
Your chance. After a week of research I found someone who has thought about it. Apparently his self-defense of Kaspersky which is causing the problem. Under options disable control external sevice disable. For me, that did the trick. If it does not for you also try to disable self-defense under both options. Once I did it was moving smooth again.

Given that I uninstalled avast! antivirus and installed Bitdefender Internet Security 2015 Thunderbird application if you want to accept an invalid certificate when you try to receive new messages.
Please take a look at the two attachments (it seems to be a problem with the download of jpg files).
Obviously Bitdefender manipulates the certificate (no doubt to be able to scan the e-mails via an SSL connection). But I'm not sure.
Would you recommend to confirm an exception for this certificate (permanently)?
Thanks in advance.
Greetings
Marco
Thank you, christ1.
I discovered that after disabling SSL scanning in Bitdefender, this problem no longer exists.
Maybe this can be seen as a confirmation that the certificate belongs in reality to Bitdefender. Because it is my concern, that is the validation of this certificate to make sure that Bitdefender is the transmitter.

Plug-ins have been disabled
There are usually a few weeks before Kaspersky is updating its Firefox Add-ons for a new version.
Have you installed the patch 'I' which adds support for Firefox 12 (out may 4)? Not sure if this helps with Firefox 13. More information: Kaspersky Internet Security 2012: I have patch for version 12.0.0.374.
