  You have installed other applications and, if so, are you able to update these? You can try the Photoshop update thanks to the creative cloud desktop application. More information can be found here: Update Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 applications.

  If this does not work and I understand that you have a volume license, I recommend you contact the administrator of your company licenses.

  The reason being, that I wanted to make a tutorial using the framework "bootstrap".

  Unfortunately for me, now, when I try to open an existing site to perform a job, now I get the error message

  "error saveMenu: TypeError: dreamweaver.flash has no properties".

  I must say that I was using WP Designer's Site, which is a product of Studio to extend.

However, when I upgraded my CC Photoshop 2014 2015 CC Photoshop a 30 day trial has been installed instead of an update of the app. After the trial period my Photoshop app will still be available?  I don't want more than update my apps by fear of falling on this same problem. This is a known bug?

  Have you tried to reinstall the plugin Photoshelter for Lightroom CC newer version 2015.

  Today, I had the opportunity to work with a user of Muse with the same problem after you perform the troubleshooting steps in the post above we decided to communicate with the host.

  Later, I learned to know that host IP of the user of Muse and they managed to unlock and muse began to connect to the FTP host.

  I have another host scenario suggests Muse to add user : 21 to the FTP address and then Muse was able to connect.

  Thank you for reporting the issue. We have already identified this problem and follow-up. While extensions are trying to solve this problem, can you please try following steps and let us know if it helps.

  1. close Animate runs.

  2. go in the following location on Windows: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC 2015.2\

  3. If it contains two folders of locale:

  for example, en_AU (parameters system locale), en_US (local animation)

  4 copy the folders in the row (if it exists)

  a. copy the contents of en_AU\Configuration\Commands\ to en_US\Configuration\Commands\

  b. copy the contents of the en_AU\Configuration\WindowSWF\ to en_US\Configuration\WindowSWF\

  5. launch Animate and check the extensions.

  Note: In your case, locale system and installed local Animate can be different
