All other remote features function normally printer in wireless, including HP Scan & Capture. Is there a possibility to correct this, via the Windows registry from my PC?

I have no access to a support plan and use the printer in my home office network.   The following is a general list of things, try when the question is not in a specific file, and when it is not caused by problems with opening a file from external media. You tried/made some of them already; 1 and 2) are easier for temporary strangenesses and 3) and 4) specifically preferences might be corrupt); ((5) is a list in itself and 6) is the last resort.

  If possible / there is, you must record a current work first, of course.

  (1) close Illy and open again.

  (2) restart the computer (you can make up at least 5 times);

  (3) close Illy and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift / Cmd + Option + shift during startup (easy, but irreversible);

  4) move the folder (follow the link with this name) with closed Illy (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible), for CS3 - CC you can find the file here:

  5 look through and try the relevant among the other options (click on the link with that name, item 7) is a list of the usual suspects among other applications which can disturb and confuse Illy, point 15) applies to the maybe CS5, CS6 and CC);

  (6) (check the box to delete the preferences), run the cleanup tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC) to uninstall and reinstall.

  For anyone interested: to save a Color Efex action, you must select Color Efex in the menu Filter and NOT in the Google Panel in Photoshop (the one with Dfine, HDR Efex, Viveza, Color Efex etc.). Very strange, but that's all.

  I finally found the solution.

  During the upgrade, LR languages have changed, and the words associated with the colors too, labels

  so I translate just the name of the color in the metadata / color label set / change, and everything is fine!

  Please provide the exact point of the software & OS installed on your system. Also check if it is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check updates.

  Follow this thread to reset the Acrobat preferences:- How to reset preference settings in format Acrobat.

  You can check after connecting this scanner locally to the system if asked its connected on network & then look for the same thing.

  I would like to convert to B & W in Color Efex. However, by using the embedded GPU image rendering is extremely slow. On the page of Nik Software (Google now), they say that the graphics accelerator is turned off unless I have a compatible graphics card. I'm not an expert on GPU, so I would ask for a recommendation: that you choose? I suspect that it doesn't matter much and buy something for $50 will do the job, but I would not slow down the Lr with an inappropriate choice. I'm using Lr 3.4 and so far, the onboard GPU was enough.

  I have not read the page Google NIK you talk, if you post a link for it, I'll take a look, but I think they could talk about the new Adobe LR 6 where they can use the GPU to supposedly speed up certain aspects of LR.

  So for Phenom II processors it isn't funny.

  In your first post you said you are using Color Efex.

  I'm not familiar with AMD processors or advice, that they will. As far as I know is LR CC and the NIKs software works fine on a Dell laptop older and a little more quickly on my desktop which is 5 years old and has video card. Adjustments are rendered almost instantly. But there's 8 GB of RAM in the computer laptop and 16 GB on my desk. Both running Windows 7 Pro

  While some browsers allow to better interpereting what you wanted to do than others (IE being the absolute worst), DW is a maniac, especially in Design view. It is still displayed incorrectly in DW after you fix all the problems, after return and we can take a closer look.

  Try to start with a module in the second slot, first an empty slot.
