Problem with Silverlight/Netflix

Recently, I was unable to broadcast due to errors on the Microsoft Silverlight on my Windows 7 software. It worked fine until about 24 hours ago. Now whenever I try to watch something, it comes up with error N8152, implying to DRM. I uninstalled and reinstalled now 3 times, tried to pass in the PlayReady files and editting them as said other forums, but still nothing works. Any suggestions/advice? Anything is appreciated!

  • Problem with the Netflix instant play movie

    I tried to watch a moment read movie from Netflix, and I get an error message #1001.  According to Netflix there is a problem with microsoftlight.  I uninstalled and reinstalled.  No help.  Any suggestions?

    Have you tried just uninstall Sliverlight and exploit the film like that?

    You can use system restore if you know when you have installed Silverlight.

    If you do not know the date, you can open the control panel and go to programs and features, and then find silverlight and check the date next to him.

    I uninstalled silverlight for netflix problem... after reinstallation of silverlight... It's not reinstall it... Windows 7... Why not please?  Netfilx keeps asking to install.

    I can't view any video in MSN so I uninstalled light Sliver and them reinstalled. I could watch videos in MSN but then had updates that should be installed. After the update I could not view videos again. I did uninstall and reinstall. Always without watching videos. I put something on or off?

    ·        What happens when you try to play the movie? You get the error message? If Yes, what is the exact error message?

    I suggest you to uninstall Silverlight on the system then reinstall it on the system and check if the problem is resolved.

     

    Step 1: Uninstall Silverlight

    a. Click Start and select Control Panel from the list.

    b. click on add and remove programs and look for Silverlight.

    c. right-click and select uninstall to remove programs.

    d. check in the programs folder if there are points listed and associated with Silverlight.

    If so, then remove programs.

    Step 2: Install Silverlight

    Install Silverlight form the below mentioned link and check if you're able to install Silverlight on the system.

  • With the help of Netflix, I am connected to internet at 100%, but I get the error there is a problem with internet connection, N8102-106 error code

    I have Internet Explorer 8 and the new version of silverlight. I can log on and get the netflix Web site. However, when I click on a show or a movie to watch, the netflix loading screen comes up, goes to 4% and that an error screen appears saying: «Internet connection, N8102-106 error code problem» I called Netflix and the mistake is not on their part. I also live in a dorm, where me and my roommate uses the same connection to the internet with the same administrative privileges and Netflix working on two of them. This means that the question must be specifically with my computer. Help, please.

    Have you looked in the control panel? Go to the Control Panel, check the box to view the updates installed, scroll the list to see if you can find updates or patches associated with Silverlight.

    There was an update that went down yesterday but I have not tried Netflix on WMC until this morning and it works!  I also noticed that it works much faster than before.  So, if its on the side of Netflix or Microsoft side or together, I'm glad something worked!   Thank you!!  PS next time please better coordinate.
