When looking at the Info for the graphic drivers installed, "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" that it's 2006 so I guess that AMD, it has not actually installed / was done wrongly. I was wondering if someone could help me?

  BTW, I'm a complete technophobe and total so if you have an idea of what to do, I would appreciate it if you could put it in other words, because I am a plonker when it comes of this.

  I've upgraded Windows 7 on my laptop for the Ultimate edition.  When I click on a game, like Spider solitaire, the little circle appears then disappears just.  The program never opens.  The same thing with solitaire and hearts.  I can't find anything on Windows 7 pages about relocation, etc.

  I was so frustrated with Windows 8, I got my new computer to Best Buy.  They didn't have computers that they could sell me other than Mac which had nothing else but Windows 8.   They sold me their Geek Squad package, restore my computer to its original state.  Reinstalled my software.  So today, I downloaded the game applications Microsoft Solitaire Collection.  I had the same game with the same problems as before.  Stuck in the mode of a suit, never gives me an option to change costumes 2 or 4.   Does not show my stats I used in the 2 pressurized suits.  Must have something to with xbox live, which I'm not interested.  I want to just relax with the spider that I play for years.

  But if you connect to the computer using a Microsoft account you will be able to access applications automatically without account credentials.

  I suggest you to decouple your Microsoft Account to play Spider Solitaire in offline mode.

• Problem with Windows preinstalled Apps just work stoppage

  I bought my new laptop Asus on a month and half ago.  A week ago the games just stopped working.  These are games such as solitaire and spider that are preinstalled in Windows solitaire.  Click the icon or the app and nothing happens.  I tried to run the system restore, but after all the progress, he said 'Impossible to restore' (it's another issue for another day!)  I finally had to run the cooling system utility.  I still have the same problem with the game apps in addition some Windows apps will not work.  Some Windows applications in the menu start like Bing, Live Mail, etc.  There is just a blank app (no photo or thumbnail with it).  It's like they were never installed.  All the other apps work fine such as photo gallery and everything in the computer simply works great just some Windows applications are dead.  Thank you

  Try below to reinstall the game of solitaire spider on the computer.

  (a) open the Control Panel from the Start menu.

  (b) in the Control Panel, open programs and features .

  (c) note: If programs and features are not available, change the view by large icons at the top right of the control panel.

  (d) select features on or off Windows activate in the left column of the window programs and features.

  (e) clear Spider solitaire games list and then click OK.

  (f) click on restart now to restart the computer.

  (g) reactivate Spider solitaire games list in Control Panel again.

  Check if the problem persists.

  I was wondering if anyone else knows issues with WiFi connectivity since the upgrade to Sierra 10.12? I have not had any problems with connectivity WiFi previously on El Capitan. Now I have regular randomly loose connectivity. My internet is cable and when it is connected I have a 100% connection. My details of iMac and I have used only 10% of my storage.
