  Sorry for the bad news, but HP does not update the BIOS of your PC for Windows-10.

  They planned them to Win8.1, and you should have to do the upgrades at the time, BEFORE you upgraded to Win10.

  The HP BIOS upgrades are OS-specific version, so now that you have upgraded, you can no longer run these.

• Could get a new router block printing? We had a lot of problems with the computer in the last week and a half. Bought new router and now the printer does not print. :-(

  (1) we went to DirecTV. Then the same day, our internet computer is down. I asked our current provider, Suddenlink, to let them know we had them to another - but we wanted to keep for the internet.

  (2) called DirecTV to investigate why our internet went down at the same time they installed? They said that they did nothing to cause that. We waited 5 days to make out and also install the third TV that was promised. The second tech gave things a lookover and said, once again, that there is nothing unusual during their passage to cause the problem.

  (3) called Suddenlink. They said it was the router. Called the people of Netgear. They said that the router was too old. We needed to pay an exorbitant sum for support and when I told him I'd rather just buy a new router and get free technical support for 90 days... and I personally do not have the credit cards in that time. (it's my mother s equip and I wonder it for the computer) when the guy told me that he could help and hung up on us, even though I was pleading for him to wait until I put my mother on the phone. (I'm in my 40s... not a kid).

  (4) Suddenlink called a few days later, when we got a new router (netgear brand NO!) Installed and I noticed that the 'ready' light was not 'on' on the modem. Their technology has said that he would check and call us in a few minutes. He did not.

  (5) the next day I called Suddenlink AGAIN. This time, I got a really nice customer service agent. She said she would send someone to check on it. It turns out that they had disconnected when I had called to pass only the TV.

  (6) in any case, we are finally online... only now... I can't the printer to work. :-(  This has worked before.  Could it be caused by the different router? I don't know about these things. I didn't even know what it was until someone at Radio Shack has explained to me. (I was not about to buy one at Wal-Mart - these poor people). The printer is a Canon Pixma MX340. We love him. The only thing is that it is difficult to clear the tasks or to reset. The only way to really do that is to simply pull the plug, unfortunately and restart the computer. But hey, it's a great printer, better than HP.

  We are under vista. The router is a Linksys wifi (which we have) N300 model E900.

  A few days ago I received a call from PC assistants saying they were Windows operating system support. They tell me that they have noticed that I had many requests from spam junk that was slowing down my computer. Unfortunately, as I had a big problem with my computer in time, I bit. The first tech I talked didn't seem to know what he was doing, so I hung up with him and sent their support line and ask them to address these problems or I would withdraw the payment from my credit card. Almost immediately after sending the e-mail, another technician called me. Unknowingly, I had all ready filed a dispute with my credit card company. I intend to cancel the service, but I am still concerned by some spyware detected on my computer. What is the best way for me to handle this? How can I get authenic proof that I was definitely scammed and I should report it to the Internet Crime Center? Using my computer for a few basic daily functions, must not be so stressful!  Any constructive guidance would be greatly appreciated!

  Either these so-called "Microsoft" Tech companies want to sell you a worthless software, or remote access to your computer to try to steal your credit card and bank information and also achieve an identity theft on you.

  You gave them remote access and if you do Internet banking, contact your bank, explain, and change passwords.

  If you use your online credit card, cancel and get a new one issued to you.

  And the only way that willl you know that you are free to them is to backup your data and do a clean install of your operating system.

• I have a problem with the computer work is not correctly after you install the KB2753842 update.

  This update of windows has been installed automatically today (22/12/2012) as the (successful with this date) shows on the Page update.  Since that it has been installed, the computer is constantly read/write on the disc at 100% at all times (i.e. non-stop).  Performance is significantly degraded.  I rebooted several times, whenever the system shows the updates are being configured on tap-dwon and commissioning.  I want to reinstall the update because I think that it was not successful, even if the display update Page shows successful installation.  When I try to find and remove the update under the Panel of control-> program and features-> Windows updates, this update is NOT displayed (latest updates are 13/12/2012).  How can I remove and reinstall this security update?  It is a BIG problem at the moment.  Computer is almost non-functional.  Thnx.

  Nirmal S, thank you.  System Restore did the trick.  I restored prior update checkpoint and then the system automatically re-installed the latest update (which is one I had a problem with).  Problem solved!  My computer working again 'normally '.

I also downloaded a few 3d Screensavers & they worked very well now, it is not able to open the screensaver because of the video card or to be compatible with Direct 3D... This question has not pop up until after you have installed windows 7, I have checked & found a lot of problems with windows 7 & ATI-RADEON XPRESS 200 SERIES drivers or recognition. Tried to update the driver but the States, it is far, but windows 7 is having a problem with drivers... Y at - it a fix for this, looks like it should be a matter of windows & microsoft should have action corrected problem because windows is caused this problem...   published in ' 07 and apparently is not compatible with Win7.

  Old hardware with a Windows version compatibility isn't something that never gets fixed by SM.

  It is the mfg of the material to support the product through a driver updated, and trend of integrated graphic card

  If you try to get drivers via Device Manager or Windows Update they can provide incorrect information

  Try to update your graphics driver. You can find the driver in your computer manufacturer's website. If you directx11 on it already, then it should be no problem with it. I suggest that you run the directx diagnostic tests.

  As I suggested in my initial answer scan and remove any found object.

  Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)
  • SuperAntiSpyware (FREE)

  Remove everything they find.  Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner. Remove all lies.

  I'm trying the sect a person on a picture and paste it into this collage photo, I'm working on that. First I tried to use the quick selection tool, but I guess my man I'm cutting too many colors: when I use the quick selection, it immediately goes into a rectangle around the entire image. I even tried to paint the rest of the picture in black with the exception of humans, but always the same results with the quick selection. Then I tried the lasso, but nine times out of ten, he would stop and do an odd choice. When I finally got a good lasso selection (done after much cursing) then CS6 told me that 'the selection is empty' . What? I made a new layer before I made the selection.

  Back to the image of the layer, not the empty one that you created, and you will be able to make a selection.

  Once selected, press Cmd + J to your object selected on a new layer. I think that's what you had in mind.
