  64-bit to 32-bit is not supported by Windows Easy Transfer, as far as I know.

• Problem with Windows Installer (I think)

  Hey I just got a new 'game' PC with all the good things like i7 processor nvidia GTS 250 graphics card. So I guessed I would setup games. Games were installed very well the problems started when I tried to run SteamInstall.msi he looks ready to install for 1 second and then close and nothing happen. Even try to do once again nothing. So I gave up with it.

  I think that if you had a problem with Windows Installer, then you would have also had a problem installing the games themselves.  If after installing just the game, you are able to start the game, then you will need to determine if you really need the patches you install.  If they fix game issues and do not add any content, then you may not even need of patches.  If it turns out that you do not have the patches and they are self extracting\installing files and then save them to your desktop and then right click and select run as administrator and see if that helps.  You can also check with Activision support , because this can be a problem they know. I tried everything I could find in the forums (the thing with automated updates service does not because I don't have this option in Services), but nothing works. If anyone has any advice whatsoever, I would be really grateful for that, because I don't know what to do.
