  I went to my addons tab, and I have, in fact, have two versions of shockwave flash, a 11.9... version and a 13.9, which, if I'm not wrong, is the latest version. There is a 'request to activate, activate always, never activate' button for EACH module. I clicked on never turn on the old version and the closed tab. I then tried to play a video on the Web.   Update from Adobe should normally remove older versions, but if they are actively used, it is possible that the update is not able to remove them.

  If you find the file, try to delete or move the temporary office.

  Firefox may not immediately realize that the file has disappeared, but hopefully that will detect only after the next time you're out and start it back up when it updates its scan plugins.

  I have hadAdobe Reader V9, it worked, now whenl I click any .pdf file I get a warning that I need V10. However, to download, it seems that I have to install Adobe Download Manager (he tries to Mcaffee AV of things too, which really gets to the top of my nose). I get a pop-up, "Installation download Manageer," with progress bar (green dots) that seems to indicate that the installation is to proceed. But then the pop-up window disappears and I find myself looking at a window that says «According to your security settings, you may experience these markets...» "Although I meet these steps, and I get V10 or the other. How can I do this?

  Although the line above, kind of confuses me. Can you please let me know what exact message is displayed in this case. Cause as much as I know, there no message that should appear asking you to put in level to drive X. It would be great if you could post a screenshot of the displayed warning message.
