Problems of apps Cloud creative installation/sync (Mac)
Hello
For some time now Adobe CC would not update the applications installed on my Mac (El Capitan) and some days I noticed also that the program wasn't working at all and I couldn't even start (after clicking on it, nothing happening).
I decided to uninstall all applications, CC to uninstall and reinstall everything.
The installation of Adobe CC went OK and I moved and installed Illustrator.
My second attempt was Photoshop that is stuck at 85% (I left it overnight).
Now, I'm at the point where the application Adobe CC displays a rotating disk when I click on the applications tab, I can't yet see the installed applications.
On the same day, my second installation on a Windows PC 10 works fine, updates etc.
These issues were really frustrating and already caused delays in my work.
The problem has been resolved by a remote of a member of the support team help because it is quite complex and have not solved here.

I downloaded cloud creative installation flie. It starts but after minute massage pop up: set-up creative cloud file is stopped.
Farthermore I can't uninstall already installed creative cloud. the massage says "this computer uses this file cannot uninstall.
How should I do?

If you are running Windows XP? In my view, there is an automatic detection of the operating system you are using, and if it is not supported by the application, it does not appear on the download page.

Problem with list of app @ Cloud Creative app (Mac)
Hello
After any new Creative Cloud App installation and successful connection to my adobe account in a single application, I see on the folder Apps apps to install.
Instead, I see the only mistake of downloading and please contact us by. Below there is only a blue button with Creative cloud download.
I tried several times to uninstall creative cloud and install app again (even with CC cleaning app), using CleanMyMac app to clean up garbage in the system, cleaning of host etc. file and the problem still exists.
Is there a solution for this problem? I would be very happy if someone can help me
I use the latest version of OS X El Capitan, 10.11.4

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

CLOUD CREATIVE INSTALLER DOES NOT
Downloaded the installer of creative cloud. When I double click on it, I get a message that it does not. El Capitan OS X 10.11.3 running.

As you mentioned that the installer of creative cloud is not replying to the questionnaire, please disable Antivirus, firewall computer temporarily and try again. If it still does not work, please download a fresh install and install from: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free trial Adobe Creative Cloud.
Just in case if it still does not work, please follow the troubleshooting steps shared here: error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop App.

AAMLauncherUtil and Cloud creative Installer->; standing in the Launcher on Mac?
I installed Photoshop on my new mac yesterday, and in the process, Adobe has placed two apps undeletable to the Launcher. The installer of creative cloud and the AAMLauncherUtil are placed in folders separated during the installation of photoshop and once installation is complete, none of these applications can be removed from the Launcher.
It's boring... Why would I want those apps to address the permanent tasks in Launcher?
A way to remove these pitcher?

Creative cloud Packer installs on Mac
I downloaded the creative packaging of cloud (PCC) via the team portal and launched the CCPLauncher.dmg file. I then launch the app CCPLauncher in there and it just hangs. Creative cloud Packer (no response) reports activity monitor.
Mac OS: 10.7.5

Plesae navigate to/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename to OOBE.old. Install the CCP and try to run it. If still the same number then select root and try to run the CCP: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 .

Soniablanco please try to remove the following directories from users / Library/Application Support/Adobe
- AAMUpdater
- OOBE
Please make sure that you are in the library folder of the user rather than the main folder of the library. Remove these files in/Library/Application Support / Adobe / will require a reinstallation of applications to recover the files.
AAMUpdater and OOBE records are therefore two specific users may be why you see the behavior under only the migrated user account.

Regarding troubleshooting error, try again with the wired Ethernet /Broadband once.
Disable the firewall and try to install. To the desktop connection, make sure that Adobe ports are allowed on the network firewall.
