Problems of apps Cloud creative installation/sync (Mac)

Hello

For some time now Adobe CC would not update the applications installed on my Mac (El Capitan) and some days I noticed also that the program wasn't working at all and I couldn't even start (after clicking on it, nothing happening).

I decided to uninstall all applications, CC to uninstall and reinstall everything.

The installation of Adobe CC went OK and I moved and installed Illustrator.

My second attempt was Photoshop that is stuck at 85% (I left it overnight).

Now, I'm at the point where the application Adobe CC displays a rotating disk when I click on the applications tab, I can't yet see the installed applications.

On the same day, my second installation on a Windows PC 10 works fine, updates etc.

These issues were really frustrating and already caused delays in my work.

The problem has been resolved by a remote of a member of the support team help because it is quite complex and have not solved here.
