  I appreciate your ongoing efforts, I would like you to answer all of the steps listed here. Please do the steps listed, if you are still running into errors do NOT run everything as the PSDR printer utility. I think that the multiple uninstall and relocations are now causing a problem.  I understand that you already did uninstall it and reinstall by following the instructions, but I think we can try a different approach. Please post back and let me know the result and we can continue from there. See below:

  • Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run, type %temp%
  • Delete all files and folders in the temp folder. Choose Skip if all pop ups seem to say all files cannot be deleted

  How can I get the icon 'Remove hardware safely' to stop making its sound? It makes the bonk sound which indicates that you can remove your device. It slows down the PC games and is just annoying.   To turn off the sound for the connection / disconnection of devices, follow these steps:

  a. click Start and select Control Panel

  b. click on device sound and Audio

  c. under device sound and Audio, click its tab

  d. under program events, select the device connection and in the Strait, make scrolling the drop down for None.

  e. also repeat the same for disconnection device

  This should do the trick.

  When I add a reminder to a PDF, I have two problems.
