My 7(464Bit) Windows Ultimate and its base language, and the language is English.
The built-in languages (English, French and Arabic) (re-uploaded and re-installed came by the person making the installation of Windows disk). So, during the installation of Windows 7, these three language listed for me to choose one of them to be the base language and display the language, I choose 'English'. At the end of the installation, there are pre-packaged trilingual (French, English and Arabic) can be used as a display language.
I wish a good want to confirm for me why I was confronted with these problems when changing the language for non-Unicode from English to Arabic programs.
First: After I installed the AMD graphics driver high definition (sp55092) 8.882.2.3000 on my laptop. The content of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in Arabic while the language of the non-Unicode programs is Arab, however, they appear completely in English and the language of the non-Unicode programs is English.
A: I found that content from the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are displayed partially in Arabic second screenshot below, however, when click on options, for example "graphic properties" in Arabic, the second window appears in English) while the language of the non-Unicode programs is Arabic, and it doesn't matter what format or location is.
B - when I changed the language for non-Unicode programs in English.
I found that content from the Intel graphics card and the media control panel is completely displayed in English.Second:
Has- single Arab all content will be posted encryptely while the language of the non-Unicode programs is English
B- all Arab content displayed correctly in language for programs no Unicode is Arabic.

I saw your post about language issues, and I'll be happy to help you. What you are experience with languages is normal. The base operating system is in English, and while you can change the display language at the heart of the core of the operating system would be in English.
The reason why the Intel graphics and Media Control Panel is in English and the rest in Arabic because the driver would have been designed in English and is coded in the driver, but the display language is set to Arabic hard. Thus, when the language is set to English everything will be in English.

Password sharing is enabled by default for computers of working groups. When password sharing is enabled, people using other computers on your network cannot access your shared folders or printers unless they have a user account on your computer. There are two ways to enable file or printer sharing.
I suggest to follow the steps provided and check if it helps.
a. Open advanced by clicking the Start button, then on sharing settings Control Panel. In the search box, type network, click network and sharing Center, and then in the left pane, click change advanced sharing settings.
b. expand the home or work network profile.
c. under the password protected sharing, click turn off password protected sharing, and then click save changes. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Your computer starts in Windows when you turn it on or are you first the message above? I suggest trying to boot mode safe mode and see if you duplicate this. What version of Windows are you using? Please let us know status.

I try to install DSO with an oracle server database 11g R2 2 standalone version on my windows 7 x 64.
during the installation of the database when I get to choose the database storage (file system or ASM) ASM ichoose and then I get this error message saying that i shoud use a x 64 system (knowing that I am on a x 64 win 7 ultimate)
I have the database and grid both on the site official oracle.
I tried with windows server 2008 and on a XP pro x 64 and I get the same problem

(imac) problems related to the FlashDrive also blocked the plug-in!
Any help out there: blocked plugin, latest version of flash player installed and old uninstalled but imac is still answering playback of any media, witts end now! (apple can't help any further!)

Problems related to the film project title/text boxes.
In the opening of my external hard drive iMovie projects, many title/text boxes throughout the film are whitewashed. When I click it, the text appears, but when playing the movie, they come again white. I had installed iMovie v.10, could not navigate, so returned to old iMovie 9.0.7 and reused, but found this problem with movies.
iMovie 11 (version 9.x.x) is not compatible with El Capitan and results in errors that you see more than others. iMovie 10 also reported problems with the video in the event viewer and the chronology of white. Only iMovie 10.1.1 is fully compatible with El Capitan. I would upgrade to 10.1.1. Yes, it's a different interface, but not for difficult cases, you read up on it and watch a few tutorials.

Problem of overloading the system after the update

I've recently updated the 10.2.2 logic version X. Since then, some of my fall of (heavier) projects during playback with the overhead message system. The thing is, these are exactly the same which perfectly reproduces before the update of the files, I haven't added any new titles or effects to the songs since then. I tried the more buffer size without any success. She especially and always happen if I make a side scrolling on my mouse that I tend to do a lot during playback. Yet once, it is not arrived before the update.

Display driver problems - blockages of the system
My display driver maintains casuing "does not work properly" my system down. It is increadably annoying and I can't aford a new PC.
I tried to install the new driver from the downloads section, but it does not solve anything.

The blue screen of death appears on the screen or what?Have you used the good graphic diver from Toshiba? I put t know what unit you have, but some series use different drivers. Don't forget that the driver is good!
But if you you're 100% sure that the driver is correctly and properly installed so it is possible that there could be something wrong with the graphics card on board
