Problems running SPARQL queries with Jena Oracle adapter

Hello

I am trying to run SPARQL queries using the adapter of Jena.

I use Jena 2.6.0 and all concerned pots (granules and ojdbc5) and running on Oracle 11 g 1 material.

I'm under theexample code provided with the adapter Jena:
' public void testOrderBy (String jdbcUrl, String user,
String password, String modelName,
PrintStream psOut)
throws SQLException, IOException
{
Oracle Oracle = new Oracle (jdbcUrl, user, password);
Chart GraphOracleSem = new GraphOracleSem (oracle, modelName);
Model ModelOracleSem = new ModelOracleSem (graph);

Void node = Node.createURI ("http://sub/a3");
Pred node = Node.createURI ("http://pred/p1-a3");
Node obj = Node.createLiteral("8888");
Graph.Add (Triple.create (pred, sub, obj));

void = Node.createURI ("http://sub/a2");
PRED = Node.createURI ("http://pred/p2-a2");
Graph.Add (Triple.create (pred, sub, obj));

void = Node.createURI ("http://sub/a4");
PRED = Node.createURI ("http://pred/p3-a4");
Graph.Add (Triple.create (pred, sub, obj));

Dim queryString As String = "SELECT? s? p? o"
+ "WHERE {?}" s? p? o.}"
+ "ORDER BY? s « ;

psOut.println ("testOrderBy: question 1");
runQuery (QueryFactory.create (queryString), model, psOut);

String queryString2 = "SELECT? s? p? o"
+ "WHERE {?}" s? p? o.}"
+ "ORDER BY DESC (?) p) « ;

psOut.println ("testOrderBy: request 2");
runQuery (QueryFactory.create (queryString2), model, psOut);

Graph.Close ();
Oracle.Dispose ();
}

I'm getting the following exception:

Someone has an idea what is the problem? Am I guilty of?

Doron,

There was some interface with Jena itself changes.
As a result, the Oracle Jena 2.0 adapter does not work with Jena 2.5.7 or Jena 2.6.0. Please try 2.5.6.
We are working on a new version of the adapter of Jena and this restriction has been lifted.

See you soon,.

  • Problems running Setup.app with e4200v2 and Mac network

    I bought a router e4200v2 about a year, but somehow, it got lost in my computer room and I don't a not localize until quite recently, just after I bought a new iMac running Yosemite. The new iMacs don't have an optical drive, so I downloaded the Setup.app since the support site of Linksys without problem.

    However, when I run the Setup.app, he starts a Setup Smart Wi - fi but stalls when it comes to about 25% of fact, with a message "could not find your router." I called Linksys, and even if this isn't their period of free support they gave me a free call since I'd just take the machine out of the box.

    We couldn't get the Setup.app to work, so they talked me through a manual installation. I can now access the net of my Wired iMac or any of the various devices wireless around the House (telephone, laptop, etc.).

    BUT it was only after I hung up I have realzed that the different functions available from the diddn t Smart Wifi configuration (for example, guest access) appear to be available.

    I don't want to pay for a support call, but it's really irritating. The Setup.app still does not work, and I see no way to not get LLA.

    Can anyone suggest a solution? Am I missing something simple?

    Thank you.

    I do not recommend the use of the software to configure the router in your case.

    On the contrary, to connect to the router and use the link below to access and configure.

  • Problem running the report with the Web Service and BI Publisher

    Hello

    In fact, I'm trying to run a report of Bi Publisher via the Web Service.
    I use the following documents:
    -http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10415_01/doc/bi.1013/e10416/bip_webservice_101331.htm
    -"How to integrate Oracle BI Publisher via Web Services in the form of Oracke.

    Everything works fine. But when I try to copy the file on the local computer is 0 length. I use the method of "getReportBytes".
    Here's the code I tried with:

    String userName = "Administrator";
    String password = "Administrator";

    System.out.println ("calling" + myPort.getEndpoint ());
    System.out.println (myPort.validateLogin (username, Password));

    ReportRequest repReq = new ReportRequest();
    RepRes ReportResponse = new ReportResponse();

    repReq.setAttributeFormat ("pdf");
    repReq.setAttributeLocale("en-US");
    repReq.setAttributeTemplate ("sales world");
    repReq.setReportAbsolutePath ("/ Sales Manager/World Sales/World Sales.xdo");

    repRes = myPort.runReport (repReq, userName, passWord);
    System.out.println (repRes.getReportContentType ());

    Byte [] binaryBytes = repRes.getReportBytes ();
    OutputStream out = new FileOutputStream ("D:

    out. Write (binaryBytes);
    out. Close();
    System.out.println ("success for performance report');

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

    I assume you are using 10.1.3.4. Otherwise, my index is not relevant to you...

    There is a new parameter in the web service API to set the size of the segment. HéLas is by default not so, the behavior is as in versions (not size segment... the entire document at once). If you set the size of segment-1, you should get your document. So, try adding
    repRequest.setSizeOfDataChunkDownload(-1);

  • Satellite A200 - problems with the AC adapter / CC

    Hello

    The problem concerns a Satellite A200 (PSAF6A-02H01N).

    Recently, there was problems with the laptop, taking several attempts to boot to Vista, it would lock up while loading or just hang and freeze just after loading Vista.
    But once it was up and the laptop running would be happy working for hours with the AC adapter is plugged in.

    The problem got worse now and the laptop will not load Vista end without crashing.
    We have now reduced the computer down to have only a problem when the power adapter is connected.
    The laptop battery will charge normally with the AC adapter is plugged in and the laptop on standby or off.

    The problem persists with the AC adapter is plugged in and the battery removed.
    The laptop will start and run perfectly with battery and no power adapter plugged. Once the AC adapter is plugged in the laptop indicates that the battery is charging and then after a few seconds it crash or freeze and the only escape is a full stop.
    The laptop will not work under the battery power for 30 minutes max.
    I checked the output voltage of the AC adapter and this seems to be a consistent 19.4 Volts.

    Is this only a problem of AC adapter or the problem with the laptop?

    Thanks in advance...

    The Canada Gazette

    I lifted the previous discussions on this problem and found one that was very similar, but unfortunately the user decided not to find the problem of the road, save money and buy a new laptop instead! Hmm. !! .. seems to me like this might be a prob. material. Maybe a new motherboard?... anyone have an idea of what are the costs for that perhaps? .. an ASP or decent technician backstreet?...

    Hello

    Check with Dell and Broadcom, their documentation diagnostics online and drivers.
    and ask questions in the forums about known problems. The two Dell driver update, then

    More troubleshooting:

    It is possible that the drivers you use, even if later now available, are not
    100% Windows compatible 8.1. Check with the manufacturer of your system (motherboard support
    Manufacturer of custom systems) and/or the manufacturer of the device. This one, like Intel,
    RealTek, Atheros and others may have newer versions is not available to the mother of system
    -site of the manufacturer on board. And continue to check in with them regularly over the next year.
    Also update the BIOS, drivers from the chipset of low level and major embedded and separate
    device drivers.

    Download your applications and devices in Windows 8.1

    =========================================================

    Don't forget to check the updates of the firmware on the router, because who can have a definite effect
    on connections Windows 8.1 same if other OS systems connections are fine.

    Check with support of the manufacturer of the system (motherboard for customized systems manufacturer) and/or
    the manufacturer of real device driver updates. If there is no newer versions re - install the same
    ones. Ask known in their forums (if any) problems.

  • problem running the session of remote debugging for specific oracle sql developer

    I have a problem running the session of remote debugging of sql server specific oracle developer.
    I get the following error:

    ORA-06512: at line 1
    Process is complete.

    I understand that Oracle is unable to connect to my PC.
    I have 2 different oracle servers to work with the sql developer. With one I can run debugger, with another - the errow above.
    I need to change to be able to start debugging with second oracle server.

    In tools | Preferences | ebugger, you can specify a range of ports for the debugger to use so you can limit it to those that are open on the firewall.

    And just to check, is the ip address that is displayed in the CONNECT_TCP call the right one for your PC?

    Hi Samuel,.

    We appreciate your efforts to solve this problem. We will put all our efforts in order to solve the problem.

    Teredo is a tunneling protocol designed to grant IPv6 connectivity to nodes that are located behind IPv6 NAT (network address translation) not compatible devices. It defines a way of encapsulating IPv6 packets in IPv4 UDP (User Datagram Protocol) datagrams can be routed through NAT devices, on the IPv4 internet.

    I wish to inform you that Acer has not released Windows 8 compatible drivers for Acer 6292 travel companion.

    I suggest you try to install the drivers for the card wireless in compatibility mode and check if it works. Check out the following link to download and install drivers in compatibility mode.

  • Problem with database querying adapter

    Hi all

    The polling option treats all rows from a table at a time rather than use the polling frequency. I used an option to update a field (logical deletion) where I've initialized unread value = ' n "and read the value = 'Y'." Now, the problem is that I have to query a single row in the table for every 60 seconds (the second row should be transformed only after 60 seconds), but all the lines are treated at the same time. Can someone let me know what could be the problem?

    I put in the db adapter options:
    Polling frequency: 60 seconds
    Lines by Document XML and database: 1
    Lines per transaction database: 1
    JDBC, query & Timeout options: 60

  • Problem in running the Perl script by oracle

    Hello
    I am facing a problem in the perl script.

    «I have a perl script which is interacting with the sybase database.» We have migrated successfully to the sybase database to oracle. Now, I want to change the perl script to interact with the oracle database.
    I use code like this to the interaction of the oracle database

    Old Code with sybase database: use DBI::Sybase:GFAS;
    New oracle database code: use DBI::oracle:GFAS;

    When I execute the script perl, its display of the mentioned below error:

    BEGIN failed--compilation abandoned at hello.pl line 4.

    Anyone has any idea about this error.

    Thanks in advance.

    If you look in the oracle in the perl\site\5.8.3\lib\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread directory, you will see two directories. Once is DBI and DBD is.

    Everything you need in your perl program is a line 'using the DBI '. It will use DBD automatically as needed. You can specify the necessary connection information when you cause the DBI-> connect statement.

    I managed to connect to the Oracle database and perform DML through the software installed by default. You don't need to download and install anything else.

    I'm no expert, so maybe it lacks some features by using the interfaces supplied by Oracle, but for my needs, it sufficed to perl.

    I hope this helps.

  • Problem with the Oracle text markup

    Hello

    I have a problem with the Oracle text markup.

    I am looking for keywords in a text which is composed by a question and answer.
    Here is the structure of my text:
    & lt; div class = 'question' & gt;
    & lt; a & gt; the title of my question & lt; /a & gt;
    & lt; div class = "reply & gt;
    content of response
    & lt; / div & gt;
    & lt; / div & gt;

    It is possible to search those keywords in the question or answer only. For this, I use the stored procedure:

    {call CTX_DOC. MARKUP)
    index_name = >?
    textkey = >?
    text_Query = >?
    restab = >?
    query_id = >?
    startTag = >?
    (EndTag = >?)}

    _with these parameters: _

    index_name = < my index >
    textkey = < id for the search text >
    text_Query = < a query containing the keywords >
    restab = < a table SQL to store the marked text >
    query_id = < id >
    startTag = ' < span class =-"highlight\" >. "
    EndTag = "</span >.

    The markup should be done only in the place you want (question, answer, or both).
    The markup is good when I search a keyword throughout the text, in the question or answer only.
    * If I search two key words in the question or answer, the markup is bad *.

    _Example: __
    I am looking for the words "* Internet *" in question only.
    Here's the query passed to the stored procedure:
    + * text_query * = 'service & internet' INPATH (//div[@class = 'question'] / has) +.

    In the question, these words are well marked.
    In response, only the first word is marked.

    * Why the first keyword is also marked in the response while the query specifies a search in question only? *

    The same problem appears when I search for the same keywords in the response only.
    In this case, in the answer, these words are marked as well.
    In the issue, only the first word is marked.

    Thanks for your help

    Edited by: user11088931 Apr 21. 2009 06:17

    Try text_query = (service & internet) INPATH (//div/a)

    Single quotes in a query do nothing. I think that your request has been treated as

    Service & (internet INPATH (//div/a))

  • Reg: Cardinality Feedback for queries with variable bind

    Hi all

    One of my query (having no bind variables) takes a lot of time (10 minutes) to run for the second run.

    I came to know that its due to the feedback of the cardinality.

    I disabled _optimer_use_feedback for help and the query has been run within 2 seconds.

    If I disable _optimizer_use_feedback at the instance level, is there a problem for queries with variable bind?

    > Sorry! I'm not suppose to disclose the NAMES OF THE TABLES

    OK, no problem and I take this restriction as a chance to learn what is cardinality comments, and similar expressions.  Now, since you can't explain post program for our help, I would try to explain what is comments of cardinality and similar expressions: (since you did not mention Oracle version, so I guess it's 11.2.0.1)

    In the Oracle 11.2.0.1 database some SQL statements returns significantly different lines i.e. for some SQL statements earlier execution plan there are has 100 lines by optimizer in the first plan of execution and, where the same SQL statement executed, based optimizer 1000 lines.  This happens because of several cursors for child for a single SQL statement and change bind peeking, collection of statistics, characteristic of re-optimizing 11.2.0.1, permission to referenced objects, ACS (Adaptive Cursor sharing) etc.  The preaching of changes to lines due to above reasons as well regarding also the SQL statements that are not contains the variable i.e. AKA vibration cardinality of liaison function.

    I will highly recommend to read other links below:

  • Problem of predicate push with views

    Hi guys,.

    I had a fairly long discussion to this thread - Re: One - a database - different execution plan for various users. -on a problem I encounter in 11g.  After a lot of work, we were able to reduce the problem to what seems to be a problem of predicate push when using views but not tables.

    To summarize the question, I have a user who has a bunch of tables and a layer of views that are based on tables (select * from table_name) that we use to manage access and create a layer of insulation of the tables.  All users (other than the owner) will have to choose against the views.  Unfortunately what we see is that when they use the perspective to make the choice, they get terrible performance where if they use the tables, they get the performance.  Here's a simple query which documents the problem.

    So the bad query takes 18 seconds to bring the same answer - but the only change is to the user views instead of tables _TBL _V.  In this case she made a hash out of a table scan join full of the worker_tbl to an analysis of the index of the worker_cost_centre_tbl of course it takes forever in comparison.  The real question is WHY?

    I know that you are going to ask a couple of things - see definitions and synonyms... so here.

    So as you can see, the views do nothing in this case - and should not change the query at all in my opinion.

    Deleting the call of all the query - same using views - led to the execution plan.  That's why I think that it is some kind of problem weird predicate push.  I can and that you have captured the query (and the 25 or so similar) to make it work less 11g using the view by using the NO_PUSH_PRED flag and by the query without the security call in a query internal.  Tuning queries is not the problem - the problem is "why should I?  Oracle should use the tables or views in the same way here shouldn't it?  To further complicate things, if I run this same query 'wrong' with points of view as the owner of the tables - it works perfectly.  If I grant it the DBA role to a user, and run the query so bad that this user - it works perfectly.

    Anyone got any ideas what the hell is happening here?

    Thank you
    Cory Aston

    To a large extent, view sure merge is activated to reduce the risk of certain transformations optimizer allows you to reverse scurity functions. It is possible that Oracle didn't closely resembles the view definition or function however to decide if the service could pose a threat if view merger took place.  Christian Antognini has an example on his blog if you want an idea of why the functions of views could be a problem: http://www.antognini.ch/2011/09/optimizer_secure_view_merging-and-vpd/

    A test, you can try:

    ALTER system set optimizer_secure_view_merging = false;
