  At running the Adobe downloader all night and it appeared at about 1.5 GB of download of program elements. Now there is no sign of the files of the program or a Setup exe file. Any ideas how to check to see if it has downloaded and if necessary, to get the files to install and run?

  If this isn't in the user folder, then you can have customized your location.  I recommend you to download the software again and you will have a file name exact, you can search for institutions.

  I tried the method via install CreativeCloudInstaller, it shows no AE in the application list.

  It seems that I do not meet the minimum requirement for the installation of AE, my computer is 32-bit instead of 64-bit.

  Huh... frustrating indeed.

  Error 403 sometimes arises with the creative cloud, but Captivate is no desktop app not part of the CC. I would hazard a guess that there is a problem with the Download Manager. Just to be sure, if you don't have it already done, try to send the form using the latest version of another browser like Firefox or edge. Make sure you have a stable connection to internet (ideally by cable) and temporarily disable any firewall/anti-virus security.   If this does not work, you can try to access the trial via direct download. Before you begin your download, follow the instructions very important to halfway down the page linked otherwise you will get an error.
