  Too bad. I bought my copy of the Adobe CS2 software in 2012.  As always, I register my products, software or hardware, to make sure that if something goes wrong, I have a form any reference should I I have a problem.  Between now and then, the Mac I have installed the program on initially suffered some damage water which proved to be terminal.  I bought a new Mac and tried to install my CS2 on it, but could not install my program from the disk. I contacted the customer service, who told me that the serial number I provided belonged to someone else, yet when I logged on my Adobe account, the serial number was clearly under my account; Included registration date. I was told to send a screenshot of the page as evidence that this copy belonged to me. I did this and then received a message suggesting that this version of CS2 was more compatible with the current operating systems. First of all, I was told that my copy would not work because it has appeared as a copy of someone else; now, the excuse is that it is obsolete.  I use this version because I have used for so long, that using another version is useless for me.  The solution to the question: I ended up having to buy a program that I already had, and as you know, their programs cost a few cents.  I've never had anything this ridiculous happen to me. You would expect from a company of this scale to provide a solution for what is obviously a violation of THE security that they refuse to admit, although it is clear as day. I have used this program for 14 years now, and with all the work I've done, using another program would render the whole of the work I've created these useless years, so I guess I'm stuck with dealing with the Adobe News, shady.  Please beware. Your serial number doesn't mean anything when it comes down to it, even when it is clearly listed under your name. Does anyone else have this problem?  If so, no legal action was taken? As I said, I bought another copy of desperation that I was in the middle of a long month of the project which was to be completed, but I feel that I've been robbed by a gigantic software company, once reputable.

  In addition, even if your Ps CS2 serial number is registered and valid, this version is not reductions to purchase the current version of Photoshop now for sale. And as you've found, Apple hardware has changed a lot since the time Ps CS2 came out, so now you're the only other option would be to seek for a renovated old Mac that is compatible with the CS2 version.

  If there is a glimmer of hope, you have extracted a lasting value out of your old hardware and software purchases, and now you are cycling in a new phase with more learning and new things to explore. One thing to consider potentially, are still within the 30 days purchase range and if so did you watch that offers Photoshop elements 12?

  I already bought the 5 Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop elements 11. Recently I swapped my computer and I tried to download the programs again from the site own adobes. I installed the application Cloud and punch in my serial number, redemed my products previously purchased on my page. Serial numbers are not accepted and therefor, I can only download the demo versions. Can someone help me? I tried to contact the customer via chat, but after several minutes of waiting I started reading my local newspaper and did not discover that the CHS had started before the cat had been closed.

  5 Lightroom and PS11 are not part of the cloud there is no reason to download it for them.  For starters, you have to uninstall it.

  Hello, I tried to make their point, but I solved with other way!

  Just delete archive filesystem\journal.idx of the project and after that ATG creates a new archive.

  You must disable (help > deactivate) installation on the old station.  then download and install on your new workstation using your serial number.  (that is to say, make sure you can find your serial number - if you need help with this, let us know.)

  A month ago I was able to successfully test an in-app purchase in my application (mode of production, or in the sandbox, installed in the BB world in dev mode). But now I can't no more.

  If I use test mode, it works fine.
