  Shockwave Flash should not do that. However, if you want to delete it go to programs and features in Control Panel. Click once on Adobe Shockwave Player and click on uninstall in the menu at the top.   If you have registered the software when you installed it first, then you might find the serial number in your Adobe account online.

  I contacted my admin, and he said that I (or my computer) had to be physically at Valencia in order to re - authorize the device. (I have an Adobe ID, but a different Adobe ID of the school of the Department's it was used to install CC.) Because I won't be back in Valencia for 6 months, and I need to use the software now, it is a major problem.

  I hope that there is a way to do this remotely (it is 2016, after all) that my admin does not know, or did not bother to understand.

  Is it possible to "re - serialize this device" remotely?

• Install Windows 10 Pro lowered home (with no product key) after expenses.

  Received my Lenovo ThinkPad 11th yesterday and after much research, I decided to do a clean install. It came with WIndows 10 Pro and I checked the settings (that I created my Windows account at the same time) and he said that it has been activated using Windows.   Hi my name is Richard Deighton.  I had CS5, Acrobat Pro and several other Adobe products installed on my laptop of inflated power-house I did all my work on (at school and at home).  Some A-hole was stolen and I lost all my software and the value of a week of programming and writing thesis!  I replaced it with a desktop with a tape backup system and a ultrabook so I will never lose my stuff again for a fool.   In any case, thanks to your download policy, I was able to retrieve my Adobe software and install it on my desktop.  But my version of Acrobat pro ultrabook just told me I have to buy the product, because the serial number is already enabled on both computers.  I wish there was a way you could track down the serial numbers of stolen goods to catch the guy. but I understand that it is impossible.

  However, I'm still stuck with a problem of obtaining a legitimate copy of my Adobe products for my ultrabook so I can work at home.  Help, please.

  Unfortunately for PES 6 download and boxed versions were incompatible serial numbers and you could not simply enter the serial number into the trial version. Your best bet would be to find someone with a hard drive that will allow you to copy the contents of the disk on a USB stick or something like that. Then, you can install from that.
