Problems with Adobe and Windows 8

I am using the free trial of Creative Cloud market, but I came up against a HUGE problem. For the last four weeks, I tried in vain to get the CS6 to install on my computer. I have a Dell laptop with Windows 8 (which I'm already quite dislike), and I've tried a variety of methods to get the programs to install. I tried to use the adobe Download Manager (download fails after downloading each time), directly download programs (that I get an error when the instillation is 99% saying I don't have enough disk space, and I have a lot), modification of the ULA (?) code in my registry, in order to obtain instillation to run and you try to run the installation under window 7 settings does not. I am extremely frustrated, is there something I am doing wrong, or is this a common problem with Windows 8?

Try to disable the startup of microsoft services not viz antivirus etc (Ref: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-startup-items-servic es - Windows.html ) and then try to install.

You can also activate the hidden administrator account (Ref: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidden-adminis trator-account-on-windows-vista / ) then try install in this account and check.

    Most of the new machines come with a recovery partition, allowing you to return your purchase, you will need to check your user guides (or the manufacturer's Web Site) for instructions.  Choose this path requires you to save all the data first.

    If your computer is actually turn off and isn't just pass in "Sleep" or "Hibernation" during a scan, and this happens only when you run an analysis, then I must say that yes there is a problem with this security on this computer suite.

    Personally, I'm worried about the security suites.  They developed gradually bigger and bigger, which requires more system resources, and when they fit well with a particular operating system, they can interfere with its normal functions.  My preference is to use a good antivirus and Windows Firewall.

    When I try to access a song from the library in iTunes, I get the following message "the song 'xxx' could not be used because the original file cannot be found. You want to locate? "Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

    It also is an exclamation in the far left column in the iTunes library.

    This can happen if you have NOT the "copy files in my itunes media folder when adding to my library itunes." selected, and you have a network drive mounted where you have added files. If you launch iTunes and the same drive is not mounted, iTunes think that files are missing.

    The same is true for any situation where the path to your media files: either mount you a network drive in the 'shared media folder"and change the share name"Press Kit "... This happens with local directories as well if you leave not iTunes manage your media files (which you should NEVER do) and you do not copy the files of your iTunes media folder. Changing the location of your media or any what part of the path to these files gives you this error.

    This can also happen if you have completed the transfer of songs to your iTunes media folder - even if iTunes displays the files in your media list. I added about 200 discs in my iTunes library (which I had managed for years with full ID3v2 v1 EPAS, and Custom embedded in each file tagging support). When my computer restarted because Microsoft updates installed automatically (although I had that option enabled OFF...), I lost access to all files that they appear in my library. Try to add the duplicate error message gives me.

    iTunes is the worst.

    My only solution is to delete all files with the. and restart Windows. Start itunes and then log out of your account. Reconnect to your iTunes account and add the files of 'missing' again. If you do not use iTunes, you may use a more robust solution like helium... by far my favorite.

  • problem with RBR and Windows 7 on of T400

    Had good performance with RBR on T61P and Windows XP, still in service. Now also under Windows 7 on transfer of T400 and RnR 4.23 backups but having problem between machines. In particular:

    Back up machine 'A' on the external HARD drive. The backup appears when the HARD drive is seen by 'A '. Can also backup 'B' machine on the same HARD drive. This second backup appears when the HARD drive is seen by the machine 'B '. BUT the backup 'B' cannot be seen by the machine 'A' and vice versa. This prevents me from 'A' to 'B' cloning I could do before.

    RnR keep track of the original internal HARD disc, where the data came from? Or he keep track of the S/N of the machine he came? Or something else to avoid restoring to another machine.

    Do you have uninstalled the previous version and clean the registry? Personally, I don't use Mcaffee. I took it at the beginning. :)

    I am I have the same situation, because I installed Internet explorer 9. The only thing that differs with us is that I kept IE9, and I'm dealing with it full of hope that MS will return with a patch soon!

    Sir, I just uninstalled the program and installed it again and my version of lightroom just changed to 2015.5.1 but others still facing this problem and I personally think that this is not a good way to solve this problem, nobody don't want to redownload the entire program for this.     uninstall any version of acrobat is installed.

    clean by Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs

    Restart your computer.

    delete all to delete pdf files.

    If this fails, it is a problem of ms.  If this attempt is successful, then reinstall your acrobat.

    I have big problems with Adobe Reader. It won't open / display PDF files and ends on its own!

    Assuming you have XI player installed, here are some things to try...

    • Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, and then double-click Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
    • You can open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].
    • If Reader opens in itself, try to disable the Safe_mode in the registry; Download, unzip, then run the attached registry script

    I use Parallels 3 for quite some time and try Fusion 2.0.1 today to see if I wanted to spend (on Mac OS X 10.5.5).) I converted my current Windows XP Parallels 3 VM, which seemed to work great, except that I'm having some strange problems with Adobe Acrobat (7.1.0 Professional):

    -First, I opened the VMware Shared Folders folder, and the first time I open any Microsoft Office program, Windows launches the installer of Windows, says "Please wait while Windows configures Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.1.0," spans about 10-15 seconds, then closes. Again, this happens whenever I start the virtual machine.

    -J' have the VM ready to open Web pages in my Mac browser by default (Camino) - and it seems to work for all programs EXCEPT Acrobat, which opens you click links in Firefox Windows.

    I tried to uninstall and reinstall Acrobat, but of no use and these problems are deal-killers at the moment. (Needless to say that it is not that I see in Parallels, it seems to be specific to the VMware VM behavior.) Someone has an idea of what's happening, or how I might solve this problem?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. The problem with Thinprint/Acrobat has been resolved internally and should be available in the next version of the Fusion (before ask you, I'm not allowed to say exactly when it will be).

    On the question of the link, some programs do not obey the default mechanism for opening URLS and do their own thing. For example, Office is one, if we work around it. This version of Acrobat may be another, I'll ask someone to look at it.

    Although I found other discussions in this forum regarding this error - none of the fixes seem to work. I have not found exactly the same error number (0:521), I might need a different fix for this? Has anyone else had the same error?

    Just to note, this seems to be a problem with Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7 when displaying PDF files 'in the browser"which is using the plugin. Other versions of IE on other machines and FF on the same machine work very well on the same PDF files. It also works if you right-click on the pdf file, download and view it in Acrobat Reader 'locally '.

    Any help greatly appreciated, I'm stumped.

    CS5 and 10.11 are not supported and will never be supported by Adobe or Apple.

    However it works for some, more actually, but not all. There are sporadic problems with Illustrator, Photoshop seems to be the best. Do not expect an improvement and keep in mind that anyone from Adobe, Apple or anywhere else will fix it.
