  The solution has been found just uninstall bing bar, restart the computer, and if you want just bing toolbar to reinstall. This easy solution my system fixed.  Bing has again reminded all my points that I have amassed

She isn´t a user advanced and I Don t know how she managed to errase the people hub, the messaging application, the message app and internet explore (the new windows application 8 the normal desktop version works very well).
