product not detected by hp support site

Hello

I recently got a hp 1125dx Notebook Win8 m6 envy, when I am connected to the hp support and drivers site to check the drivers, the automatic detection tool came with a result "no product founf.

When I put the product manually number and the model, the result is "hp can check yo this product."

I know that I can use the construction in Wizard help {who cannot find the product}, but I wanted to doubnle visit the site as well.

The warranty is active.

Any ideas on why the product is not recognized by the site?

Your DR U500-1 has part number PSU9ME-xxxxx then please check under http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp Toshiba download page and look for Satellite U500 with reference number or model number short PSU9ME.

    1. I have a question, I started my bootcamp and pressed the 2 first options and clicked on continue:

    After Boot camp let me decide how many GB, I want to save for Windows... I got 500GB (half) and clicking 'Install'... but the problem is here...

    It is said that: "Boot Camp can not detect Windows supports software.." and so on.

    The Satellite L500 PSLJ0E is a series of European for Toshiba laptop.
    I found the drivers for this series on the European driver Toshiba page
    I put t know why Tempro or a Service Station can not find it, but I could find it.
    The number of PSLJ0E is the first number in the list.

    To be honest; I did not upgrade to update all drivers if everything works properly.
    I'm always that notice; never change a running system. and guess what? This is the best advice I've ever heard... ;)

    All you can find is the driver support, and in this case you should visit the page of the driver Toshiba UE to get the latest software or drivers for this laptop.

    I have restored my ssd from disks that I made the computer when I bought it and I did everything I know to do and can not get the hp support site to give me a list of drivers for that computer. I know there must be some updated drivers for the computer 3 years, but I don't know how to get them and it is interfiering with other programs or drivers that need updated drivers that I can't. Please help me with this. I learned that the site is in place and current, but it does not work as far as I can tell, for my portable quad, dv7t-6100 cto.     The problem is: whenever I try to find my laptop using Toshiba and the technical support web site, it does not detect my machine.

    I tried Auto detect, put serial no in the box, the two option, but all returns with the same result - not available in the region.

    I've been looking at laptops for the coming school year, and I really think I want to get a Y550. Newegg.com has a model decently price with very good specifications and a dedicated GPU, I need because I specialize in programming video games at my school. However, after searching the model number on the support site, I find that this model is as the redhead daughter-in-law Lenovo does not want to recognize.     I just got the Sims 3 for Christmas, and I can't get it started.

    I just bought a new p7-1126 of hp computer that meets all the reqs as documented on the site of AMD System. (win7 64 bit, 1 TB hd, 6 GB ram, amd quad core 2.4 GHz processor)

    This computer has an amd radeon hd 6550d graph with / 3 gb (I think) (which is more than 128 MB recommended)

    and the drivers are up to date.

    I get the error message "device 0 cannot run this title, no video graphics card supported not detected" and I can't seem to do anything to solve this problem.

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Sims3 deluxe/ambitions three times now, with the expansion of ambitions installed so the third time.

    I did a lot of other things as suggested in line when I did research but nothing works.

    Help is appreciated and I hope we can get this fixed a problem. Thank you!!
