HP support site does not recognize my computer.

I bought a HP Pavilion model p6347c at Costco which is now out of warranty. I am told that I need to update the chipset drivers, because the computer does not recognize my SD card reader. However, every time I try to access the support site and type in my template information, I get a message that it cannot find any reference to this model.

My computer is a HP Pavilion model p6347c, Nr AY614AA-ABA. Operating system is Microsoft Windows 7 Premium family. Why HP claims that he knows nothing about the PC?

    PML... It's a tactic that I didn't think to try... again.  Just before, I had a discussion with an expert/technician(at www.supportservices.microsoft.com/support/expert/Waldo).. .He took a while, but he eventually removed the spyware that was causing me grief (TDSSKiller, Norton I think) and he did a few other things... then I tested a variety of accounts several times successfully, the virus disappeared.  But, thank you for your suggestion and keep that account as a possible solution for similar incidents in the future.  Yes, there is a FUTURE...!

    There is a little less than two months, I bought my HDD Toshiba Canvio Basics 3.0 from Amazon. The hard drive has stopped working for some reason any (I drop or something, it simply stopped working).

    Of course, I was trying to use my warranty to repair or Exchange it, but the Web of Toshiba site does not recognize my serial number and product number. They are just there, black and white on the sticker on the back of my hard drive, but the site says they are not valid.

    My printer has a problem.

    It is connected via an Ethernet cable and a router for three computers.  He works very well until yesterday when it ceased to print jobs sent to it, but no error message showed on the computer that sent it, and the document showed that the impression in the queue.  I deleted the jobs and tried to print a Test Page from the control panel.   The printer then crossed the entire stack of paper in the tray for printing a single line of gibberish at the bottom of each page!

    It is a great place to get help! I read your post and see that the printer keeps printing gibberish. I want to help you solve this problem.

    Clear the record of spool and restart the print spooler.

    Clear printer spooler files and select the Spooler Service.
    In desktop mode, press the Windows key and R at the same time, to show the command line run.
    1 type "Services.msc" (without the quotes).
    2. double-click on "Printer Spooler" in the Services list.
    3. click on stop, and then click OK.
    4. navigate to '% WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers', right-click on the document and left click to delete the job.
    5 run "Services.msc" (without the quotes).
    6 double click on "Printer Spooler" in the Services list.
    7. click on start. In the Startup Type list, make sure that "Automatic" is selected and click OK.

    Disable bidirectional Support on each computer to see if that helps.

    Devices and printers, click with the right button on the printer and click on printer properties.

    Click the Ports tab.

    Bidirectional support uncheck activate.

    Click on apply and OK.

    I recently did a new install of Windows 7 x 64 on my 5745PG.  I installed most of the drivers from the website of acer, except the NVIDIA display driver support:
