  I just installed an SD card and load music.  There is no icon Media Manager click on my current (4.2.214) Office Manager version.  Suggestions for remedy.

  Try to uninstall the software and put it back.  Make sure that you download a version with the Media Manager.

  * edit that you can also transfer files running on on the device mass storage mode, then go to my computer on your PC.  You'll see a BlackBerry drive, and you can drag and drop files into the appropriate folder there.

  My text messages started showing both text message icon and the icon of e-mail (all). All emails coming through my Blackberry 9320 I can only access once the desktop computer (where of alerts for received text/missed calls / emails shows just under the 'time' at the top of the screen).

  Did you do a reboot of the device?

  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)

  I got my Blackberry Curve 8330 since last Friday.  And so far there has been an explosion. (And still is).

  Recently however previews of my headers of e-mail stopped smoking showing on the first screen.

  The screen with the clock, calendar, journal of calls, messages, Applications.

  I have reset the theme to see if that would fix the problem but they do not always show.

  When I get a new email, the envelope icon will Flash normally but no header preview.

  I hit a switch and it say to turn it off.  I suspect as well.

  I have a white envalope with an icon for blackberry menu at the top of my backberry where notification is. I open it, but it does not show me a notification.

  Help please.

  It could be a lot of things.

  Click on the Messages icon, then press the menu key and select display folder.  If you scroll through the records one by one, you should be able to locate the message.

  I have a BlackBerry 8330 on Sprint.  I called them and they pushed a return from America icon on my phone that I can see on my desk.

  I called Verizon for my new storm and they said that they do not have an icon.

  Anyone know if it's a cellular provider or an option for Bank of America?
