Program (Explorer, Notrpad, any) "stopped working" window on the print request or Ctrl-P
Vista operating system. Whenever I try to print, menu, Ctrl-P or other, I get a window saying that the program has ceased to operate and close the program. Have done a lot of things to fix: reinstall the printer, download the new driver, repair of boot F8 system, return to previous IE, chat with HP since it is a HP printer, cursing, stand up on my fu... en ' head. The devil won't go away.

HP CSI Shell has stopped working - cannot install the printer driver
I just bought a printer LaserJet MFP M127fw Pro, but the installation of the pilot program still crashes. I tried 3 different modes of driver installation: the installation CD install HP Smart (USB) and download online, but I keep getting the same error.
10-15 seconds after I start the driver installation, a pop-up Windows appears, advising me that:
"HP CSI Shell has stopped working".
I called HP customer care and they post in the computer section of the Support Forums.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
I have a HP Media Center PC with Windows 7 64 bit.Update:
I tried the feature "Add a printer" windows default in Control Panel, and my printer is finally functional - only when used wireless. However, if I connect the USB cable from my printer, it will be recognized as a different printer and always unsuccessfully installed the drivers for it.
If it works wirelessly, it is good enough for me. -

When I try to open one of my programs, I get an error message states that my program has stopped working, Windows is looking for a solution
Hi SheilaFrenchman,
· Are what program you referring?
· Did you do changes on the computer before the show?
· What is the full error message?
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists.
Step 2: If the problem does not persist in safe mode, perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the link step 7 to return the computer to a Normal startupmode.

Protection in real time in MSE stopped working after running the utility in Windows Live OneCare cleanup tool? Error Code: 0x800705b4
Hello Wally,
Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.
The question error codes and the description that you get suggests that you are facing problem when using MSE. This problem may occur if other security software, such as antivirus, antispyware and antimalware programs, are totally or partially installed on the computer.
I suggest to change firewall security settings or disable temporary security on the system software and try using MSE and see if it makes a difference. How to temporarily disable security software, you can view the article mentioned below.
Disable the antivirus
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/disable-antivirus-software
Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attack.
For more details, please see the article mentioned below and see that it helps you to fix the problem.
