  MY PC freezes when I'm online or simply all programs running on Windows Me. There is no error message or blue screen. The PC just unresponsive, don't move the mouse. I always restart. Any advice on how to solve this problem are welcome. Need help please, I'm frustrated.

  Go to start | Run and type msconfig and disable all startup items.  That should speed things up a lot.  You can re-enable everything you absolutely need to run at startup, but more often it's only very little emission.  Also, go to start | Programs | Accessories | System tools and do a disk cleanup and also to defragment the drive.  Blocking you encounter is likely due to video driver problems and you will not be able to remedy, but these measures should run faster.  If they don't fix it, then try to do a right click on the desktop and go to properties. Settings | Advanced | Troubleshoot and reduce hardware acceleration all the way and see if that stops to lock him up.

  Just got a P1102w (personal laser wireless).  Works fine except when I print something from MS Money.  Next, I get the blue screen of death.

  1. close the AI.

  2. navigate to C:\Users\your username\AppData (hidden folder) \Roaming\Adobe\ Rename 'Adobe Illustrator 19 settings' folder 'old Adobe Illustrator 19 parameters.

  3 re launch HAVE and check.

  Good, in Windows Vista and using a printer HP Deskjet 645c with the updated driver, here's the weirdness:

  When printing from Word 2007, Wordpad and Notepad, the sheet through the printer appear in print, but no printing actually takes place. Same for the two existing documents and those newly created. On the other hand, everything prints normally IE8, Firefox and Adobe Reader. Reinstalled the printer driver and also to delete the Word data key in the registry. No love.   Fonts and graphics damaged can cause printing problems in Word/WordPad

  Check to see if it makes a difference if connected.

  Step 1: This test in word

  1. open a new blank document in Word.

  2. on the first line of the document, type the following text:

  = Rand (10)

  3. press ENTER. This inserts 10 paragraphs of the sample text.

  4. try to print the document.

  5. If the document prints correctly, replace it with another font or insert a clip art image, a table, or a drawn object

• Illustrator keeps freezing when I open a new document. I just got this program.

• Firefox crashes when loading websites, freezes when I try to download any file and completely freezes when I try to access the Options menu. Help!

  Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
  3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
     • Windows:
       • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
       • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
     • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
     • Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
  4. Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
     1. Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
     2. Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.

  More information on the resettlement of Firefox can be found here.

  WARNING: Uninstaller or the use of Firefox and not run a third remover as part of this process, because who could permanently delete your Firefox data, including but not limited to, extensions, cache, cookies, bookmarks, personal settings and passwords saved. • Printer driver crashes when printing with Office 2013/8 64-bit Windows

  Printer: HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi

  Printer driver: V5.1 (to date, downloaded from the HP support Web site) or generic V5.6

  OS: Windows 8 Professional 64-bit

  When I try to print an Excel document with Excel 2013 and V5.1 printer driver, the program freezes and must end with the Task Manager. This always occurs with the same document, but not with all the documents. Program also crashes when opening the preview before printing to the same document.

  The same document prints fine with V5.6 generic print driver and with the driver supplied with Windows 8.

  The same document prints fine with the driver version 5.1 on Windows 7 and Office 2010. The combination of Windows 7/Office 2013 has not been tested. Windows 8/Office 2010 combination has also not been tested.

  When I try to print an empty document with the word 2013 and the generic printer V5.6, the program driver crashes and must end with the Task Manager.

  My conclusion is that the HP printer drivers have a problem with Windows 8 or office 2013 or a combination of both.

  The printer driver supplied with Windows 8 and is installed automatically is useful as a temporary workaround, but it lacks some options, e.g. manual duplex.

  Upon request, I am ready to send the Excel document by e-mail for verification of the problem.

• Print Officejet 6000 occupies more of the page when printing duplex

  My printer is set by default to duplex print. Whenever I use my 6000 Officejet to print two-sided document printing starts just below it should be at the bottom of this page which he finished much lower than when printing a single page (from the same document).

  For example: if I choose to print a page only from multiple paged it document prints fine, exactly as displayed on the screen. However if I choose to print pages 1 and 2 then printing starts at about 5mm below printing and print finishing 15 mm below where it should be. There is no difference in the width of the impression.

  I understand that you are having problems printing duplex and I will certainly do my best to help once I have gathered a little more information
  
  1. what version of Windows or Mac do you have?
  2. is the printer connected via USB or wireless?
  3. what program you print from? Have you tried another program?
  4 what even happened if you disable duplex printing?
  5. He made it for all pages or just one?
  
  Once I have that information I'll certainly look more in things for you!
  
  In the meantime, if you are using Windows, please download and run the HP print and Scan Doctor and see if it can detect problems for you
