  Serial numbers are 24 issues.  They are grouped as six sets of four numbers, so the six boxes you will each take 4 numbers.  If you have only 20 so you're either missing a set of four or not looking for a serial number.

  Let's create our first batch of subscriptions CC for some new staff members and addressing updates for CS5. However, we must stay with CS6 probably for the rest of this year to maintain a coherent art pipeline.

  Just to clarify this point to someone else who is reading:

  The TEA on the client side is automatically installed with the CS6 applications. It is this component that fails to validate my subscription of the CC, causing the application to fall back to request a serial number.

  After a phone call with Abhijit, we discovered that installation of the stand-alone Office CC, before application or after the CS6, allowed the subscription must be validated and enabled software. It seems that there is an important bug, or at least a lack of consideration of the possibility that customers should not have installed CCD. The workaround is pretty much satisfactory for my environment, but I think it could still cause trouble in some configurations more major or educational.

  A useful tip: download the CCD installer here: https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe supports the same command line switches like msiexec, so it is not deployable easily as a MSI file, allows for unattended Setup.

  As Steve says, you must uninstall your existing discs, software and then download and install the version on the page above.  Note that this page is about everything in the CS2 package, so you need to scroll a bit to get to the hearing.

  A small number of people have problems with this system and the related FAQ Steve to the above includes instructions for some changes of registry fix that... but most people can just follow the Adobe pages.

  I grew up in the trial, entered serial number and get a message that the serial number is not valid.  I cut and pasted the serial number and double checked to make sure it is fair.

  I had 4 LR on the same computer, and I had my LR series 4, but not the ability to go anywhere.  When I entered the number of LR 5 series, is said just not valid.

  How that worked, it seems (can it really be true) that the trial version does not give you the opportunity to use a serial update?  Well, I'm not sure.  But I used the link that came with my serial number LR 5 newly purchased and downloaded a fresh copy (non-evaluation version) LR 5.  When I got to the top, he asked me for my serial number.  When I entered, he then (correctly) asked me a serial number from a previous version of LR.  Curiously, it this in pre-filled for me, and then I was ready.

  Why I couldn't do it on my free trial, I don't know.  But everything is good now.

  So I got this invitation code to get a free copy of Lightroom with my Leica camera, and you the box says that it includes 5 Lightroom, I was taken in a CC with Lightroom at the place. Nothing wrong with what I thought, so I downloaded, installed and started. Works perfectly fine, but every time I have open Lightroom again it says im to test and keep asking for a serial number. The download page noted that I don't need the entire series and I can just use it by connecting you with my AdobeID newly implemented, what I was doing.

  So, I missed something, or why is Lightroom still on trial? I never got a series entry, only the Redemption Code that says that I do not need a serial number.
