  When you get the new iPod, you can use iTunes on your computer to select and synchronize the music you want on it, in the same way that you synchronize your current iPod - your iTunes will recognize them as different devices and will remember your choice of synchronization for each, it will not (unless, for example, you restore the backup of your current on her iPod) put the same content on both.

  From your post it seems that you have a few cases of Installer.app running on your Mac.  You have installed previously, and you still see the installers running on your Dock?  If so, simply complete the installation process or to leave the installers.  If not, then let's go and just restart your computer in safe mode and restart normally to see if the problem persists:

  The first thing we want to make sure that the data on your Mac is safe. You will need to use Time Machine to backup to an external hard drive. Use this article to help make a backup: use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac.

  My understanding of your problem and the fact you send new mail, and it's the bcc would be to yourself, then you should receive it in the mailbox that is configured to receive mail from this account. I'm not sure what you mean with the time stamp that touching, but the fact that it is a POP server might affect her. Once downloaded the mail, it is removed from the Verizon server and other devices will not receive it. If you download this mail to another computer or device, like an iPad or iPhone, then it is removed from the Verizon server and not appear in Mail for Mac program. • Mail disappeared for a month in 2015. I tried the repair and reconstruction of the index file. Still missing but now emails have sporadic several copies.

  The Inbox file is currently 1.9 G, upward of about 0.85 G in September of this year. Probably due to a large number of parts attached. I have noticed that emails for 3/2015 for most missing although I find answers, etc., in the folder "sent" for the same period. The gap may occur after the last operation of compaction.
  I tried both the 'fix' and deletion of the msf index option and rebuild. These emails are still missing, but now I have sporadic cases of multiple copies of an e-mail, 8.

  Inbox included 2013 as part of the day and I just moved the files from 2013 to a folder to archive but have not yet run the compaction on the Inbox to eliminate those emails that I fear that I could also inadvertently delete emails 3/2015.

  Cannot open the raw file from Inbox in Notepad... get a too large file error, but it opens in wordpad even if research is extremely slow and basically unusable. Any thoughts?

  More information on the compaction. It is recommended to leave Thunderbird cela automatically by setting a threshold (e.g. 1 MB). See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Compacting_folders

  Try a comma.

  He did this in the BCC or CC BOX when it's empty, but is not too useful when you already have something there.

  Have uninstalled and re installed TB; still had the problem so deleted files popstate.dat; three old and I guess that the other two were for both accounts I have. Sometimes I go to the server/webmail and delete the large email to stop repeated downloads.

  I tried a different e-mail program, and it did not download multiple copies. Tried to uninstall TB new and removed the front profile of re install and still had the same problem. One of the large files sent to my friend that I had installed TB on his computer for him and he doesn't have the problem. So I changed my email from POP3 to IMAP and now it seems that the multiple download problem disappeared. I would like to know well why I had a problem and my friend (and others) do not have.

  When I send EMAILS there are 2 copies of all E-MAIL sent in the sent items folder. When I send an E-MAIL to me only 1 copy is received in my Inbox, so I guess that the recipients of email received my E-MAIL sent only receive 1 copy & not 2 copies of the sent e-mail message.

  If your help gmail or hotmail (in it's many names), then your provider add sent mail as it passes through their system and Thunderbird is addin because it leaves.
