• My cc keeps defaulting to a trial.

  Yes, I get paid upward. My office works very well, but my Dell laptop keeps failing at a trial. I contacted the support one they told me to disconnect, stop cc can remove opm.db, sign in again.

  This fix seemed to work for a few days and then back again in the first instance. I have upgraded to windows 10 and now I have to remove the opm.db each log on which begins to take the shine off cc.

  When I click on an e-mail link in a Web site, Outlook used to open. Recently however, Gmail opens instead. I tried to change settings in tools, options, applications and it says that Outlook is my client.

  Also, I went to control panel, add/remove programs, program access and defaults and chose Outlook, but it keeps resetting to use the existing program.

  I know that the second solution that I have tried is not a Firefox issues, but I wanted you to know that I tried to get Outlook back as my email client.

  To retrieve the theme default XP also as follows called Luna theme the steps below:

  1. start the themes Service:

  a. click on start

  b. Select run and type services.msc and press on enter key

  c. services window open.

  2. Locate the theme Luna file manually:

  I keep trying to download a free 30 day trial of Illustrator on my PC and nothing happens. I am able to download the .exe file and it begins to run, but then the window disappears, and the creative cloud window never opens. I also can't currently open creative cloud, even if I have already installed. I was able to open creative cloud and select Illustrator there are a few tests, but nothing would happen. It would show progress but then stops and the window would disappear.

  In the forum of Support Adobe their Chris Campbell has announced that they are aware of the problem and are working on it.  As an interim solution, he suggests to change the automatic update to "notify me" when updates are available.  Go to the control panel.  Right-click on the Flash drive.  Click Open.  Click the Advanced tab.  Select the second option "notify me".  I made this change in a few hours and so far no errors arise.  Since they are working on it, I guess that they will release an update to fix the update service!
