  You have already subscribed.

  Check the details of your account on Adobe.com to see if the active subscription will appear.

  Sign in to creative cloud with the SAME Adobe ID (what is essential, since it is the only way for her).

• Windows 7 keeps defaulting to the helmet as a playback device

  I got out of my sound card speaker plugged into a mixer. I plugged headphones on it and nothing in the plug headphones sound card. I put the speakers in the default device. Fine.

  Yet, I do whenever I start like Windows 7 keeps resetting to the headset as default value. Why? How can I stop this?

  Do the following and check.
   
  Step 1:
   
  Rather than plug the headphones via the mixer, I would like you plug the headphones directly into the headphone jack of the sound card and then follow step 2.
   
  Step 2:
   
  Now, set speakers as audio device by default.
  a. Click Start, type Sound in the box to start the search.
  b. click sound in the results of search at the top of the start menu.
  c. click the reading notice the check mark next to the default device. For most users, the default device is speakers. Make sure that the audio settings are configured as expected. Follow these steps:
  d. on the Read tab, select the playback device, click Properties, click the Advanced tab and make sure that the default Format is set to the value you expect. When you are finished, close this window to return to the previous window.
  e. on the Read tab, select the playback device, click on configure and make sure that the configurations are set correctly.
  f. Select the audio device you want to the default audio device and then click on set as default.
  g. click OK to save your settings and close the sound dialog box

• With the help of Windows to the top. -J' changed my settings on the page to backup several times, and now when I try to back up my computer it keeps default.

• wallpaper keeps defaulting to black

  Without apparent reason, on bottom of monitor startup that turned to black, all the icons and the cursor are present. I can change the wallpaper of what I want, but a few minutes, it is by default in black. I never chose black Uni as a background.

  If the other suggestions do not, apply perhaps MSHTML. DLL is corrupted or is not properly registered. Go to start / run and type:

  regsvr32 mshtml.dll

  If still no joy, use the (SFCSystem File Checker. EXE) to extract a new copy of c:\windows update setup files.

• I'm trying to set the setting of default envelope on my printer and it keeps default B5 (JIS).

  It is possible that I can get a printer designed for the United Kingdom since the paper tray A4 and B5 lists as options for inserting paper and envelopes. Everyone set up an envelope of US standard size #10 as the default value on a printer desinged for the United Kingdom? Otherwise, when printing envelopes multipe, I have to get up and press 'OK' to use the available paper * every single time * which ages real when I have a stack of 20 envelopes, I address.   Thank you for the follow-up. I got a technician by phone and we spent about an hour and a half check and change all parameters known to HP. I'm not sure that changed us that did the trick, but we did it and that's all that matters to me at this point.

  I downloaded a demo of DC Pro, which has now expired and just recently purchased an annual membership.  When I open the creative cloud, it says that I need to buy CDS to use however on my account, I bought DC.  I have sign-in/disconnected, DC Pro uninstalled and reinstalled and still do the same thing, asking me to buy DC Pro

• Why my point size keep defaulting to 1 pt? Can't go smaller

  I seem to be getting more & more problems with illustrator. When I sometimes draw a shape with the pen tool is the default line to 1 point, I can go bigger but not smaller. When I select a small size it will just backward to 1 pt.

  In such cases, the first assumption is aligned to the pixel grid.

  You can select the entire document and untick finally align on the pixel grid in the Transform palette and uncheck also align new objects to the pixel grid in the options of the Launcher.

  You can avoid the types of documents with the default (RGB for the web and other) or change the default value for such documents.

• CC of Photoshop keeps returning to the trial version of Photoshop CC

  Since the recent update, whenever I start Photoshop CC I tells me that I need the license of the software.  (I paid for an annual subscription in September 2014).  When I click on the link for the software asks me to log on the license (even if I am shown as already connected the > Help menu).  Then the licenses of the software, and all is well... until the next time I start Photoshop CC when it repeats.  It's a nuisance.  Any ideas on how I can stop what is happening?

• CreativeCloud 2.1.1.110 update keeps default - usually no error message!

  My creative cloud tells me that there is an update available (at 2.1.1.110) but when I try to install it, it is about 61%, while it seems to go all the way to 100%, then closes - and then when I re - open CC it tells me that there is an update to install.  Windows 7, all this PS and LR so far everything to date.

• Wifi registration form keeps popping up

  When I implemented the new Mac Mini, I accidentally chose Xfinity that my network wifi instead of border, I have actually.
