• Problems with Close - save changes and save it in the Formats

  Hi, I recently started having a problem saving files imported from a Scanner. At present if I import a document, then click on save to Jpeg format by default, but if I click on Close followed by Yes at the prompt screen asking me if I want to save the changes you made the window save under opens and has default PSD? Until a few days ago, that this would also default to the Jpeg format. Even if I change to JPEG, after close / save as option next time I close a default file to PSD. How can I do this by default in Jpeg format again?

  Morning Sudarshan, first of all thanks for all the time & help; After being up most of the night I finally managed to solve the problem.

  Here is a summary of what I did: -.

  1. Uninstall Photoshop

  2 uninstalled all adobe products

  3 downloaded Microsoft ProgramInstallUninstall and ran - I had to do it like some adobe products (air / drive X / community help) won't work via Add / Remove?

  4 Ran Adobe CS cleanser & selected all

  5 used Windows search option including hidden files & folders to search for CS5 / adobe / photoshop - deleted all files

  6 downloaded unlocker and used on all files that cannot be deleted in point 5 - access is denied or if there is a lot that were locked. Strange that all the adobe programs deleted so don't know why it would be.

  7 back up the registry

  8 differet Ran 4 - due registry cleaners repeat each some time before any mistakes / problems.

  9. now the risky part - used RegEdit registry opened manually and remove all references to Adobe Photoshop &. There were loads absolutely!

  10. restarted - fortunately no problem - I was expecting some considering my registry changes.

  11 re - install CS5

  WORKED :-)

  I assumed that either an entry in a locked file or something in the registry was causing the problem that what precedes is resolved.

• Sovereign CS5 and straighten tool

  I'm working on a large number of photos using the rule and straighten tool without any problem. Then, with no reason so that I can determine, although the images were always be straightened, they were no longer to be cropped out. I would appreciate if anyone has a solution for this.   Huawei P9 - I have many issues with getting my pictures from the phone to iphoto on my Mac.

  Before the summer I bought a Huawei P9 phone, I can easily see the photos on the phone - I can't just them on my mac.  When I connect via a USB cable, it refuses my permissions.

  I try to use my Google account to view on the Mac and move the iPhoto - I can't work either! I can see them, I can't move them!

  I'm pulling my hair out and I have enough to do with! Help, please...

  You need the phone provider support - there is a problem with the way their phone works and how to use it and has nothing to do with the Photos or iPhoto - if pictures is consistent with standards of good Photos and iPhoto won't work with it

  You may need special third party software for your phone load in Photos or iPhoto

• iPod Touch 5 Gen - iOS 9.3.1 lightning connector issues - with accessories

  Has anyone seen a problem using iOS 9.3.1 on an iPod Touch 5th generation with lightning connector devices?  Specifically, I use the iPod in a cradle of scanner which connects via the connector of the lightning, until iOS 9.3.1 the cradle was visible to the application, but once it has been updated the scanner loses communication to the iOS device and application.  IPod charge and connect to iTunes, no problem, but refuses to see the cradle, I have another iPod on an older version of iOS, which connects to the cradle even without problem.

  To try to find, I've updated the iOS to 9.3.2 beta fault from the site of the developer, this problem has now fixed the issue with the cradle.  I can't that assume Apple broke the connection in iOS 9.3.1?

  Sometimes an iOS update breaks compatibility with accessories. Since then, he has worked with next beta which seems to be the cause.

I downdoaded the driver from the link you provided here, and it worked, my laptop connected to the network without problems, but after a month it stopped connecting to the network, I downloaded the driver again, but it did not work.

  In the painting, my "fill with color" tool (the pouring paint can) does not work. I click on the box, I click on a different color, the icon changes to the can, but when I click on a space as say an empty circle, it doesn't do anything. Right click, nothing, left click, nothing.

  I noticed that the only thing he is able to do is to change a solid color that I did (as a solid black rectangle) in a different color, but only once. If I rectangle black color green, I can't change it to any other color after. I don't know what is happening.

  I am not edit a photo or anything btw, I start a new painting from scratch file. I'm trying just to circles of color and enclosed spaces. I've done this dozens of times with no problems. I tried restarting the computer and paint without effect.

• Print screen with Snipping Tool does not.

  This should be the final resolution to my problem of Snipping Tool/print screen:

  1. I downloaded and ran the Malwarebytes program as recommended.  And BTW, I don't see this recommendation here.  I'm fairly new participant in Forums, so maybe there's a reason that I see here this recommendation I don't know.  The Malwarebytes has really done his job and even if I run MS Essentials program found Malwarebytes 25 hits of Mal-ware on this PC.  Once I have it fixes these problems, the symptoms of my problem of Snipping Tools became less consistent.

  2 but the final resolution is that it turns out that there is that one Internet site where the tool captures will not work and it is my Bank.  I know that my Bank suggested I run a program called safety report.  It's my theory that is my bank site or report has something programmed into it that prevents screen either with the tool to capture and print screen captures.  If I go into my bank site with Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, the Snipping Tool will not work.  However, the Snipping Tool works everywhere else.  It's all the other websites and in other programs.

  The Snipping Tool does not work on my banking site (probably because of the REPORT) and maybe it will not work on other sites closely to secure *.

• Docking station issues with power - power of the outdated USB hub

  We get an outdated 'USB hub power' error on my docking station with an E7440 anchored in it.  Worked fine, since I have received the device, but all of a sudden it-error when I try to access any flash drive.  Swapped out with a new one, number the same dock.  Also swapped power adapter, also with no effect.  Any ideas on the problem or resolution?

  Did you by chance install or upgrade of Citrix Receiver recently?  I did and my USB ports no longer works in the docking station.  This link has Details of why:
