  You might want the laptop computer and the other computer (with a crossover cable) network and then share the internet connection.  Not only will you get operational, but will give you access to the internet without having to replace the modem (as long as the laptop is present and connected).  Otherwise, you have no choice but to replace the modem and get this computer connected to the internet, then you can install your device - there is no way around that need to be connected while doing if this is required by the software.

  I suggest to disable CAPS LOCK key since your message is all in the capital and difficult to read. Have you tried to add to the exception in the Windows Firewall? Try also to change your network connection for work or at home instead of public. Also make sure you installed the latest version of the driver and are compatible. Also try to run the tool:

  WON'T. I speak NOT of the IMAGE being copied from a screen. This, of course, can be done by anyone. What I'm talking about you, is that FIREFOX, unlike all other browsers, ALLOWS you to print a PROTECTED PDF FILE complete. This should NOT be and this issue should NOT be closed and just brushed side because Mozilla has a MAJOR BUG in their software. Your program should be corrected in order to RESPECT the protection of a file and NOT allow it to be printed in its ENTIRETY.

  NO SATISFACTORY SOLUTION HAS BEEN POSTED. FIRE FOX IS BROKEN AND NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. PURE AND SIMPLE. DO NOT WHITE WASHING A CONCERN MOST OF YOUR USERS!

  I hope someone can help.

  On my HP Envy 4504 photos are printed OK print normal quality, but when the print quality is set to best photos are printed to the red. In addition, with DPI Maximum printing photos are much too red.

  This takes place two times printed on paper Normal and on Photo paper

  With the GIMP, I tried to make an example of how a photoprint looks like.

  I made the example by changing the color Balance: Red cyan - about + 40:

  I have already completely remove the software HP Envy and did a clean reinstall. No change.

  I have print-head - cleaning cycles (2 times); color of HP-testprint strips looks very good: all are strong in alignment is correct

  Unfortunately: No picture change in best quality still too red.

  The ink levels are okay.

  Any suggestions what is wrong and what can solve this problem?

  I noticed that your HP Envy 4504 prints photo is too red with print quality = best on Windows 10 operating system. I'm happy to help you!

  Where a setting is disabled, with GIMP, have you tried to print photo quality with other programs? If so, what happened?

  You use genuine HP cartridges or refills?

  None of your ink cartridges are low or empty?

  In the meantime, please make sure that all the steps in this guide, fixing poor print quality are executed. And let me know what happens!

  I understand that you are a problem with ePrint and your Photosmart 5510. I want to help you with this.

  One option is to remove web services, and then turn it back on. Unfortunately if you have customized the ePrint address, you will never lose it. You can always create a new address, it cannot just be old.

  HP has a support group of service based for Cloud related issues. This means no warranty or support costs.

  Microsoft does not help you print the album art to music. You can use any third-party tool to do the same (if available). Use your favorite search engine to search for such a request.

  Note: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

  If that does not help the problem, a sequel to the above listed link I would do a hard rest is: while the printer is on, pull on the power cord to the printer and the wall. After 30 seconds reconnect power to the wall and printer. This will trigger a 'dirty power upwards' and restoring the printer to a State well known (if possible). No user settings are lost with a "hard reset." I'm pulling directly the instructions for this process of a hardware instruction guide. I'm sticking to it would have shown here Word for Word.   Completely stumped with this. I have a brother MFP990 all in a station. It is connected wireless to my network. I have a laptop computer connected wireless network and it prints fine. My desktop computer, but does not print even if it seems to recognize that it is there. The printer is communicating with my computer and let me know the ink level is low. My scanner works perfectly and scans the computer, no problem. But whenever I try to print, the computer tells me that the printer is offline. I tried to disable Norton firewall, no difference. I tried to uninstall the software, and oddly enough, during the uninstall process, an exceptional print request was printed! When I reinstalled, same problem. Any ideas?

  After return that error messages/event ID is related to the question of the printer

  Start > right click on computer

  Select manage

  Select event viewer > application log

  In the meantime, try the following:

  Start > type Services.msc
   
  Press enter
  Scroll down to print spooler
  Right-click on the spooler > select Properties
  Make sure that the Startup Type is set to automatic
  Under the service stop status
  Wait for Windows to stop the printer
   
  Control Panel > open the printer folder
  Right click on the printer icon > select Open
  Do you see the documents listed in the queue for printing?
  Click file > cancel all Documents
   
  Start > right click on computer > select Manage
  Click on continue on window UAC (Vista, Windows 7)
  Select Device Manager
   
  Click on the + sign next to Ieeee... compatible printer
  Right-click on the printer driver and select uninstall
  Click on the + sign next to the imaging device (s)

The internet connection to the HOMEGROUP network seems to be well. All devices are listed and look good, but I can not just wireless printer that's why I brought the first wireless printer.
