  Has it worked before, then you can try to run the system restore and check if that helps

  CCleaner is very useful to get rid of temporary files, you can get it here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner you can use it to clean your temporary files, but DO NOT use registry cleaning works, registry cleaning is mainly a useless effort that can cause more harm than good.

  I want to copy my Outlook.pst to my desktop (Windows XP Pro) data to my laptop.  Outlook displays the outlook.pst file which will be located in the "C:\Users\Specific User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook" folder on my laptop.  However, when I try to access this folder in Windows Explorer, the AppData folder does not appear in the user specific folder.  I find in my office because Windows XP does not hide it, but he must hide in the Windows 7 operating system on my laptop.  How can I get it so that I can copy the file outlook.pst from my desktop to my laptop?  If the file is hidden, is there an easier way to copy outlook data from one computer to another?

  You have a common problem with Windows 7. The work that I and many others use is a utility called FileMenu Tools. You can download safely from this link: http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-SOFTWARE/System/System-Enhancements/FileMenu-Tools-Portable.shtml .

  After downloading, install the program. Each option is checked by default. I would be much more selective on this subject, otherwise your context menu will be a full page long! When the main window opens, you will see a list on the right side of all the elements that can be added to the context menu. Start weeding through the list and every one to take away, you don't need the United Nationsby checking the box.

  Once you have completed your selection (de-selections) make sure that you click the green check mark in the row of icons at the top of the left window of the interface to 'Apply' of your choice. The program can do much more, but that answers your specific question. I am told that the program has a good help file, so try here if you are interested.

Did usual defrg, reg cleaner, virus scans, etc. New folder button Windows Explorer stopped working after I upgraded my backup of instant backup software Memeo Memeo Backup Premium.   Found the answer! It was just like I thought Memeo Backup Premium has a subprogramme called backup that he mixes with the Explorer of Windows 7, uninstalled this (backup) and the new record button works again. Memeo people had me uninstall the rest of the software and gave me a link to download the software less backup. Now, I'm trying to find out if I will return my money or a fixed copy. No answer yet! But I don't think they work on Friday, so I'll have to wait beyond Monday to see if they're going to answer me. I tracked their problem they should pay me ;)

  I have an old mac in 6 years that the battery exploded so I bought a new mac (Macbook Pro 13, 2015, running OS X El Capitan). I have an external hard drive that I backed up my LR5 the catalog and raw files on my old Mac. On my new mac, I have my EXHD plugged and the LR5 (of membership cloud of Adobe) running. I'm sailing LR5 to open the catalog on my EXHD do, essentially, on all my edits on my photos on my new computer. I get the attached message that it does not bc the parent folder does not allow for files to be created in the breast of the it.

  What should I do?

  Old mac still works so I was wondering if I could try to save the catalog on a USB (its about 4 GB) and rather than the new mac. Or try to save the EXHD catalog in a different way or something.

  I copied the EXHD catalog to my new Mac desktop computer and then sailed LR5 catalog on my desktop. WORKED LIKE A CHARM!
