  I created and published two projects in .swf

  I have grouped the two projects into one.

  To this last point, I am able to view attachments and URLS related to the project, but once it is published all together, attachments and URLS no longer works.

  The permissions on uploaded files through your FTP client or the default settings on the server.   I solved the problem. In fact, I was wearing a MASK in the clip. This is why the text in device fonts did not show, any show of embedded text.

  So I change the physical mask to the mask script action.

  The file you are trying to convert may be a project .mswmm file
  It is only compatible with Movie Maker... they cannot be converted.

  When you try to access a video clip that you "know" is sometimes in a
  file, but you can not see... is it because that the format of in that the video is
  not compatibile with the software you are trying to access.

  The following freeware is a useful tool to convert a lot of different
  Movie Maker formats...... use the conversion to WMV format would be
  a good choice.

  After the Muse 2016.2 update, I made some changes in a Web site, I'm trying, updated through publication > FTP host and now the site is unavailable. I get the following error messages in Chrome:

  JavaScript exception: error calling selection: TypeError: cannot read property 'msie' undefined.

  We had to look more closely at the error that you get everywhere.

  It seems that the problem occurs because third party shopping widget on your page load a stripped down version of jQuery (the popular JavaScript library) that does not include a method of detecting browser (jquery.browser) which is needed for the sites of Muse:

  If you wish to continue using the third party widget, we recommend you reach out to the third party and inform them that if they want to load another version of jQuery that Muse loads by default it must load the entire library.

  I don't know how to fix.

  You can try to use the type of static text in HTML5 Canvas document for WYSIWYG experience and see if that helps?

  PS: The static text in the document of the canvas is converted to outlines when publishing to preserve the WYSIWYG experience. If you have a requirement that you need to preserve the text in the js to output file, then use a dynamic text with Typekit web font for experience of consistency.

  If you get an error message telling you to update the application, this means that the folio format ("Viewer Version") you specify when creating the folio is greater than the version of the app. You mentioned that you updated the Android app to v32. If this is the case, make sure that you have submitted new version v32 actually in the store of Google play and that you have successfully updated the app on your Android device.

  In the future, you can easily avoid this problem by using "v26" for the folio format when creating folios.

  • I also tried the publication just as SWF and just as HTML5, and I have the same problems with both.
  • These issues are non-existent on IE.
  • These files are published via Acrobat Connect Pro

  Here's what happens:

  -In publishing, "auto play" setting is selected

  -The first slide of the project does not - only the PlayBar. You have to hit the play button on the playback bar to load the first slide.

  -J' have a button on the first slide (breaks after 1.5 seconds of the second slide 3) to start the training (go to the next slide). This button no longer works.

  -Some files one break at random task (although the voiceover continues). Hit the next button on the playback bar it forward a little and then it stops again. This is not the case with all the files.

  -I have not changed anything to these files published since yesterday when they were working properly.

  I wonder if this is the new version of Chrome 37 which is the cause and if someone else is running on these issues.

  This is an example of file where all these things are happening:

  Financial process management > process VAT [Demo]

  Update: I deleted all the files in Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro and republished everything.

  So far... knock on wood... everything works fine.

  I'll leave this conversation here in case someone is facing the same questions.

  The only thing I can understand is that something goes wacky when you posted too many versions on Acrobat Connect Pro. The very strange thing is that there was no incompatibility between files or browsers. One day everything worked, the next it was all prams. I guess that something on the back-end of Acrobat Connect Pro could also change that I k now nothing.

  If it happens again, I will have no choice but to stop using Acrobat Connect Pro. I can't test EVERYTHING, EVERY day.

• Publication of Tibetan language problem

  I have a problem.

  I am in China. We have created E-learning PowerPoint modules, initially in simplified Chinese language. We have published either them locally (on the local computer) or on the Server Connect Pro, the final published document without problem.

  Now, the original files of the PPT module had been translated into Tibetan language (see image 1 below).

  I'm trying to publish these Tibetans modules on my own computer recently. However, after the publication process, the index.htm (the window which should display) showed no content that I was expecting. I just see the Adobe Presenter icon on this page, seems she strives to show, but in the initial load of the process constantly (see 2nd photo in the below).

  I tried several modules, only the first of these works, but others go to the problem I mentioned above.

  I used the 8 presenter to publish PPT files.

  I sent a previous colleague of me, that's a very clever Yankee. He said that the police (Tibetan) is not supported by the presenter. But I am confused - why I published the 1st module of Tibetan language and successfully see the results? I just accidentally succeeds?

  By default, when I chose "view output after publishing", Internet Explorer would serve as display. And I can't have the intention to change to another browser. He mentions the JavaScript of the browser setting, I still don't know what he did.

  This problem has been resolved with the help of Jorma.

  There are additional quizzes in the Quiz Manager. The extra quiz without questions should be removed. Tibetan characters is not the cause. Tibetan characters may be displayed before or after publication.

• Publication to HTML problems

  I have problems, a demonstration of HTML editing software.  The project works well when it is played in the file cptx, but when it is published, the project has breaks between some slides and some of the audio has been corrupted.  I already tried to publish a swf file, which, in my experience, has had even more problems during the publication.  I also tried selecting "force re - publish all slides", which does not seem to do anything.  I don't know what is the evolutionary "html content" option

  I also tried to change the slide transitions to "no transition" that did not help either.

  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  Could please tell me the exact version of Adobe Captivate you use (see help > about Adobe Captivate)?

  Could you please check the chronology of these slides if they have any clickbox or any button or any other interactive object, which causes them to pause.

  Go to Edition > Prefrences > SWF size and quality and uncheck compression project Advacend and compress the SWF and republish again.

• Publication with CreateJS problems

  I installed Adobe CS6/design of Web sites and downloaded and installed the extension for Flash CS6 CreateJS. The problem is, when I post, I just get an empty HTML page. I even downloaded the example of Platypus game, and even without changing anything in the source Flash file, on the publication of course turns into an empty HTML page also.

  Is there something wrong with the installation or something else?

  I checked your PNG, looks like you're dependencies Toolkit for CreateJS version 0.3.20, where as the newest is 1.0.417, can you please use the last Toolbox to build the CreateJS.

  Also, I compared the record compiled HTML files and original case, it seems that there are subtle differences between the two of them.

  Highiliting the differences below.

  When I compared to new easel.js (included in your published HTML file) and easeljs - 0.4.1.min.js (inOriginal HTML file included), there many differneces.

  So it seems generated HTML file is corrupted.
