  Follow these methods.

  Method 1: Temporarily disable the security software.

  For some reason now all directories are read-only. I have a check only reading tab, it goes through the process of change in all files in the subdirectory (I put their scrolling), click ok. But when I go in the directory again that reading is only check again. It is on my C: dirve all directories and all the other readers, including empty directories. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you

  I would like to ask you a few questions to better understand:

  (a) you connected to the administrator account? because you do not have the \n(Assurez-vous if you are not in the administrator account

  (b) don't you make changes on the computer?

  (c) have you created the file read-only?

  (d) what message do you get while changing the read-only attribute?

  (e) have you been able to change the attributes previously in your computer?

  Try the system restore, it restores the computer to its point earlier while it was working fine.

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

• After you turn off the root of the directory utility user, I went back to the main screen and all other user accounts showed is no longer at the start, as they were before you enable the root user.  Help.  Please, I beg you.

  I have activated the user 'root '.  It was an attempt (for the sake of granddaughter age) to check its history since I am the administrator.  Realizing that this method was much more complicated than what I am capable of managing, I returned the utility program directory and disabled the user 'root '.  I thought that everything was ok, as I did not made anything while connected as user 'root '.  Instead, restart the computer, all users, including myself were no longer at the start.  The only point was a blank user name and password.  No picture.  No guest.  No user.  How to return those and I did something to cause this?

  Activation and deactivation, then root should not have caused that.

  Also, having allowed root is one of the ways you get a login screen showing only the name and the password.

  You should be able to type in your user name and password to connect.

  One time connected, check users & groups system prefs, Connection Options and make sure he's on the list of users. You will have to click on the padlock at the bottom to make changes.

• Cannot chmod in directory

  Mavericks running.

  Recently, I moved my directory on a separate called drive USERS to mount/Users/MyName is my Mac or, when it is activated, a linux instance on a dual boot system.  To be usable on any operating system, I formatted the disc USERS with FAT32.  So far, the drive has been used when running OSX.

  I just got a warning that the files in directory and config of gnupg were precarious and on verification to find all the files USERS have mode 777.  I tried to change the gnupg to 700 directory in the terminal with chmod 700 .gnupg.  No error message is returned, but the file directory was 777.  I tried again with sudo and finally put to update myself to the superuser, but nothing helped.

  Can anyone suggest why I can't chmod, and how I can solve this problem.  I just checked the logs and found a serious number of entries of the following nature:

  That tells me that something is seriously wrong, although I don't know if it is related to the problem I have.

  Please note that I changed the path to the new directory home using the system to users in the settings.  I would have preferred/Volumes/USERS/myname to be a symbolic link to/Users/myname.

  Mac OS X does not support permissions of files on FAT32 volumes. There is no solution to this.

  I was never able to use it either.

  I tried to deactivate and activate the widget, disable and enable both options at this, restart, remove my Twitter from the Mac and add it again and it never worked for me. Not even add a second Twitter account to the first.

• BlackBerry 10 cannot delete the email account (unauthenticated) / cannot authenticate the email account with different servers SMTP and IMAP (a gmail)

  After updating the OS on my last night in 10.1.0.4181 Z10 (software) / 4633 (OS), all my accounts set up asked for credentials must be verified. Looks like now that it uses some sort of mechanism of OAuth - worked well for my Gmail accounts with two-factor auth.

  So I'm stuck... can not authenticate.

  Even worse: Also, I can not delete the account! Delete option is not available until after you have again authenticated. Because I can not delete the account, I can't try to add it again separately - I get an error indicating that the account is already configured.

  All options except wait for the next update of OS or do a wipe/restore?

  (Wipe/restore is really not an option for me, it takes several hours, and the last time I was forced to restore, I lost a good amount of data that I then had to enter manually in restoring to my old 9790 and then it tapping on my Z10.) Not to take this risk again).

  Try this:

  Open an e-mail account with the same account information and email address, but as a pop account to synchronize the account. Both accounts now appear in a new sub-account. Now you can remove the two accounts together. It worked for me...

  Perhaps you are already best solution.

  For me, every time when I want to create the file, I first have to check the root and folder (specified) exist or not.

  and if I create one and then write the file in the folder. I think that this covers all cases.

  So, I never try directly to create a file with a folder, that nobody know exist or not.
