  The only update is a very minor update to Lightroom 5.7.1.

  The Lightroom 6 upgrade is something that you must purchase from Adobe.

  CC of Lightroom and Lightroom 6 do not interfere or change anything you did in Lightroom 5.7. If you use Lightroom CC or Lightroom 6, you will lose all the photos and your catalog must be upgraded automatically (you may need to click Yes or OK in a box)

  We have a creative cloud for plan teams purchased from a reseller. It is about to expire, and we consider substituting a plan purchased directly from Adobe.

  What will be the best way to do this?

  Should we start with purchase of new Adobes site map, before the expiry of the existing plan and then invite existing users to the new plan?

  Or is there a better way.

  If we do it in the wrong way users could lose access to Applications, which will be a major problem.

  You will need to cancel the plan with the dealer first and then the Adobe purchase plan and assign licenses to users.

  2 days ago my MacBookPro disk failed. The computer was 4 years old and running OS x 10.6.8. I was running from Adobe Creative Suite 6 - purchased 07/05/2012 order number DELETED. This command does not appear in my order history and I do not understand why it doesn't work? (And I don't understand why Adobe doesn't have the opportunity to speak to a support person.)

  I would like to be able to re - download this software on the new Mac Book Pro I now put in place... OSX 10.9.4. and I would like to be able to do it as soon as possible because it's for work and I have delays.

  To install the application in offline mode, you can download it from the portal of history online after clicking on the Home button. Look for the button download the current application "do you want to work Offline?

  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time. (lightroom is the exception because it is a product of multi platform, so it can be installed on the pc and mac platforms)
