Purchase of a digital signature did not pass?

Hello

I submitted a request for a certificate by using https://www.blackberry.com/SignedKeys/ which seems to work fine (got a response that it takes 2 days in general). I do not have a confirmation message and I don't know if I was charged, however, it was Thursday last and nothing since...

No progress. I tried to get support, but I don't see that oriented to the user supports, contact developer support. Because I do not have a confirmation email, that I can't even answer that.

Any ideas who to contact with that?

Thank you.

    I tried to download a program called WinReg (provided by Frrereg.org.uk for transcribing parish registers) and hit a problem. Half way through the download it says I have to update my .net framework, but when I try to do it from the Microsoft site says the "digital signature could not be verified" and I don't give me no other choice but to cancel the installation.  Help?

    Once they have all been installed (you may need to reboot between each installation) you should be able to install the software that caused all of this in the first place.

    I hope this helps.

  • USB Flash Drive Digital Signature is not recognized

    During the summer, I discovered that there is a huge trojan virus on my Vaio laptop.  I had to buy phone support and Sony helped me catch the virus from my computer.  However, now that I'm in College that I discovered that my laptop is unable to do the only thing I need to do - recognize my flash drive.

    When I plug ANY flash drive into the USB port of no matter WHAT, he did not recognize.  I get this message: "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might be installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or maybe it's a malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52) »

    When I try to update the driver software it says that it is up-to-date.  I tried the thing support page of this says Sony (https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/31399/p/48903%2C49902%2C71535%2C71585/c/65%2C66/kw...) where you configure the Local Disk Manager to start automatically and I do not have a local disk on my computer management.

    Is there a way to get back or get my USB key to work without the Disk Manager?  I really need this to get fixed!

    Here is the info on my laptop if it helps:

    OS: Windows 7-64 bit

    Model: VPCEH3MFX

    I haven't downloaded or modified software since they fixed my hard drive since the virus, I don't know if maybe the person who fixed it has removed this feature accidentally or something.

    Thank you so much in advance!

  • The digital signature does not not after 11.0.09 update.

    Hello

    I use Adobe Acrobat Pro XI at the office and was able to use the digital certificate provided by my company and stored in the Windows certificate store to digitally sign PDF documents. After the update (11.0.09) that has stopped working; When I try to sign a document, I'm invited to create a digital ID or choose an existing one from a file; A digital ID for roaming, accessible through the server; A device connected to this computer. However, I can't use existing ID which is always available in the Windows certificate store and used to work before.

    (The same thing happens with the digital signature in Adobe Reader after the update).

    Has changed nothing about how certificates are used for digital signatures with this last update?

    Thank you.

    Kind regards
    Cornel.

  • The software you are installing has not passed Windows logo testing to to verify its compatibility with Windows XP. (Tell me why this testing is important) IM TRYING TO INSTALL A M-AUDIO FAST TRACK PRO.

    I am installing a M-Audio Fast Track Pro. It is a USB Audio Interface that allows me to record music. In the included installation, it gave me instructions to update my driver, so it might work. I installed and ran. But when I clicked on the button run the message about Windows logo test appears. The minimum requirements for the installation of the M-Audio is Pentium III 500 MHz with 256 MB of RAM, Windows XP (SP2), Direct X 9.0 c and a USB port. I don't know if it's relevant to my question, but I'm also not how do I know if I have fulfilled these conditions. I'd appreciate any help you can provide. Please and thank you for your time.

    You can ask the manufacturer of the software with a signature digital signature that will pass the Windows logo test, but probably do you. • ScanJet 200: mac: scanjet Installer invalid digital signature

    Hi y' all,.

    Try to get a new scanjet 200 works with my iMac (Yosemite 10.10)... but the included CD doesn't seem to work. I get the following pop-up message when you try to run the Setup program:

    "HP Scanjet Installer can ' t be installed because its digital signature is not valid." The package has been signed with a certificate that has been revoked. This package may not install what you expect. Get a new copy of the package, and then try again.

    Well... easier said than done. It was true that drivers etc. could be easily downloaded from the HP support page, but no more, it seems. Local HP support seems to be either nonexistent these days, or does not respond. Ideas, anyone?

    Don' t want to return the scanner, but if all else fails...

    Help

    Thank you

    Hi Charlydue,

    A digital signature is an electronic security mark that can be added to the files. It allows you to verify the Publisher of a file and helps verify that the file has not changed since it has been digitally signed.

    If the file does not have a valid digital signature, has no way for you make sure that the file is actually from the source, of what he wants, or that he didn't has not been tampered with (possibly by a virus) since its publication. It is safer to avoid opening the file unless you know for certain who created it and if the content is safe to open it.

    Even a valid digital signature does not verify the content of the file is harmless. You need to decide if you should trust the contents of the file based on the Publisher's identity and where you download the file from.

    Try upgrading to the latest version of VideoSoft and check if the error disappears. Also, contact the software vendor for assistance.

  • Deactivation of a digital signature in LiveCycle

    I have a form that have a yes / no question with checkboxes.

    In some cases, it would take several digital signatures, in other only 1.

    I want the digital signature line should be disabled if the box 'no' is checked.

    I would also like the space where the digital singature will say "N/A" If the second digital signature is not necessary.

    Is this possible?

    Thank you

    What version of LiveCycle Designer do you use? Action Builder is available in the latest versions of Designer, and it is very easy to use.

    Generator option d ' action should be available under the Tools Menu and you can go through the help of Designer to learn more on this subject.

    Attached a sample file (SigFields.pdf) could help.

  • Second digital signature invalid one

    Hi all

    I'm having some trouble adding a second digital signature to an already digitally signed PDF file. The library that I use to manage PDF files is open source, so I change the PDF files programmatically. The first PDF I produce, PDF1 (PDF with a signature), has a valid digital signature. The second PDF file I produce, PDF2 (the PDF file with two signatures), has the second marked signature as valid, but the first as not valid with the following error:

    Error during signature verification.
    Unexpected byte range values defining scope of signed data.
    Details: The signature byte range is invalid

    I have read and applied all the "best practices" on the PDF digital signature, so I add the second signature in incremental mode and I am sure that the second PDF has no change in the first part, this is because if I do a binary comparison of PDF1 PDF2, the first part of the PDF2 equals PDF1. So, if you remove the part of PDF2 (after the first %% EOF), you get PDF1, once again, with the digital signature is valid. So the problem seems to be in something again in the part of PDF2 making Acrobat Reader X think that the first digital signature is not valid.

    If you want to see three PDF files, here are the links:

    The original PDF: https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v & pid = explore & chrome = true & srcid = 0BzrgexS80Iq_ODQxZTY2MDk tNTQyYi00YTE0LTk0MTctYWMxNDFiOWY4MjA5 & hl = en_US

    PDF1: https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v & pid = explore & chrome = true & srcid = 0BzrgexS80Iq_ZDQ3MTk1ZmI tNWI4NS00YzdhLTkxNmUtODk1NjVmY2M2NTVh & hl = en_US

    PDF2: https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v & pid = explore & chrome = true & srcid = 0BzrgexS80Iq_ZGM1YmZhMWE tY2JiYi00YzZkLWE5ZjItNzgwM2RlNzExYWE1 & hl = en_US

    Any help will be very appreciated. Best regards.

    Hello

    I don't know if this helps, but I found something unusual with your PDF2. Just at the beginning of the second incremental update (with the new signature), the first object is added without a carriage return. This the last line of the previous update mark looks like this:

    %% EOF3 0 obj

    Perhaps which leads to an incorrect analysis and then invalidates the signature? Not sure on this subject, but as far as I can read offsets, your ranges of bytes are correct.

  • Restrict the application of Digital Signatures

    Hello

    I am trying to determine what options are available natively in Acrobat to restrict the type of certificate that is used to apply a digital signature.  AFAIK, Acrobat, default, seems to allow the use of a certificate that has the extension 'Digital Signature'  This has the potential to create big problems in a regulated environment.

    In my organization, our users receive multiple certificates for different applications.  For example, a user can have a certificate for VPN, one for SMIME email access and, finally, one that is specifically for the application of electronic signatures.  There is a more rigorous selection process for obtaining a certificate of electronic signature, and it also invites for a password every time that the private key is available.  Each type of certificate has a separate certification authority.

    We have configured the identities approved each user in Acrobat by deploying a file of address book for them.  We have only our CA electronic signature as a CA approved in Acrobat (with some other universally approved authorities).  The result is that, when a signature that has been applied by using any other AC, Acrobat does not check the signature.  It's good, but it isn't enough since the dynamic images that come with Acrobat digital signatures do not appear on the documents printed or flattened.

    Basically, I am trying to determine if there is a way to configure Acrobat (in native, out-of-the-box mode) such that it will only request digital signatures using certificates that are issued by an authority that is defined as a trusted identity.

    If anyone has encountered this before?

    Hi Mike,.

    You should apply the starting value for each signature field that you want to restrict. The starting value becomes part of the properties of the signature field.

    You can use the JavaScript debugger included in Acrobat. To select bring him the Advanced > Document Processing > JavaScript debugger menu item (providing you use Acrobat Pro v9).

    Here is an example of code that you can apply where you need a specific issuer and the use of the key:

    var f = this.getField ("Signature1");
    caCert var = security.importFromFile ("Certificate", "/ C/Documents and Settings / / My Documents/myCA.cer");

    f.signatureSetSeedValue({)
    certspec: {}
    Issuer: [caCert],
    keyUsage: [0x7FFFFFF7], //Insure the certificate has value KeyUsage nonrepudiation
    flags: 0 x 34 / / 2 requires transmitter + 32 requires the use of keys
    },
    });

    Let me know if you are looking to apply a different condition.

    Steve
