Purchase Windows 7 Enterprise licenses

Hello

I have a client who we deliver 30 machines that need to be on windows 7 Enterprise.  I need to buy licenses for the latter, but I can't select windows 7 when you look at the options.  Windows 10 decommissioning isn't an option, I just need that 30 license keys windows 7 Enterprise.

I work for a large company that has volume licenses, but I need these licences to be on behalf of the client.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thank you

What is the certificate of authenticity for Windows?

New computers that come pre-installed with Windows often have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure. To access it, you need to start when you start your computer by pressing a function key. This can be either F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12 key DEL or tab. See the manual that came with your PC for instructions on how to reinstall Windows.

If your recovery partition is not available or damaged, you must contact the manufacturer of your computer, and request that a defined recovery disk you can use to reinstall Windows 7. They could practice a small shipping and handling.

    ------------------------------------

For 5 years, Microsoft made it fairly easy for users of the Windows 7 operating system to get reinstall media. If you have lost your support disc or installation retail collection; either it has been damaged or defective; You can download a copy of the edition that you have licensed from a membership site called Digital River. More recently, Microsoft ended the availability to reinstall media that you can download as a. File ISO in Digital River, which is a digital reproduction of an optical disc.

It was particularly convenient for people who could not easily get the manufacturer's recovery media, did not want to pay the fees required to get or preferred a clean configuration without the software packaged manufacturers or even a recovery partition does not work. It's easy to use, all you had to do was reinstall and reactivate using the product key located on the certificate of authenticity and download all the drivers on the manufacturers website.

Given that this option is no longer available, what are your options? See the article for more details:

Make sure you scroll down and read the section:

What to do if you cannot get your manufacturer recovery media, refuse to use or to buy it or the Microsoft Software Recovery Website does not work?

This is how the recovery partition is accessible to most popular brands...

For Dell, press CTRL + F11 directly after switching on the device

For HP, press F11 directly after switching on the device

For LG, press F11 directly after switching on the device

For Toshiba, press and hold "0" BEFORE and during the power upward

For Acer, press and hold ALT + F10, as soon as you see the logo

For Asus, press F9, as soon as you see the Asus logo.

For Samsung, press F4 to the power upward...

For Fujitsu, press the F8 key directly after the power

Advent, restart your computer. Then, press F10 repeatedly until the message "Starting system recovery"

Sony VAIO, reboot and press "F8" or "F10" repeatedly until the screen "Advanced Boot Options".

If the factory recovery partition is not functional, but the COA sticker is there with the appropriate version and edition of Windows 7, you can try to download and then reinstall Windows 7:

If there is no COA sticker at all, then you best option is to purchase a license of Windows 7:

You can find software OEM System Builder of dozens of online merchants. The current price for OEM Windows 7 Professional Newegg, for example, is $ 140. When I checked a few minutes ago, Amazon offered packages OEM Windows 7 Professional from several vendors at prices ranging from $ 101 to $ 150. When I checked earlier, a package specifically designed for reconditioned PCs cost only $ 50 for a 64-bit copy.

There is no technical limitation to prevent you from using OEM software on your computer, although this software only works for a clean install, not an upgrade. In the past, Microsoft has been remarkably inconsistent in his advice to clients on the question of whether this practice is allowed. (See "is allowed to use Windows OEM on your own PC? • Purchase Office 365 - Windows 7 Enterprise appears on the desktop

I buy my computer through my former employer.  After a period of time the Windows license has expired.  I asked my former employer and they said buying Office 365 to update.  It worked.  However, every time I open the session, the bureau explains that my copy of Windows 7 Enterprise is not authentic and it makes me cross the forest to get to Office 365.  Microsoft said that they can fix with or should I check the community.  Anyone know how to fix this?

If you have bought from your employer with Windows Enterprise is a volume license. This requires that the computer connects to its server licensing at intervals and after 6 months, the license is invalid. A subscription to Office 365 has no relevance.

Volume licensing remains the property of the original owner and cannot be redistributed individually. VLs is an upgrade, and as such, the computer must have an original single-user license. Your only option is to reinstall the original operating system and remove the VL.

If you can't do that, then you will need to purchase a new license.

  • A volume license upgrade Windows 8 to 8.1 requires a purchase of a new license?

If I have a Windows 8 on my machine that fails to get at the store level because it's a volume license copy, my organization will pay for a new license of Windows upgrade me Windows 8.1? I found information online to download a copy from the volume license server. However, I am not an administrator at my company, just a frustrated user of unupgradable Windows 8, so I don't really know what it means. If we spend only one book, I can be sure my company won't pay for it (or purchase will not go through the pipeline before Windows 10 lot).

It's frustrating that Windows 7 users can for example install IE11, users can 8.1 Windows, but not those blocked on Windows 8...

Windows 8 volume license distributions, such as Windows 8 Pro and Enterprise using KMS and MAK licenses must be updated by downloading the installation files for Windows 8.1 since the volume or TechNet/MSDN license health center if you have a subscription or install based on the settings of your employers.

  • Volume under license of Windows 7 Enterprise Edition new install hangs at disk.sys

Original title: installation of new Windows 7 hangs at disk.sys

We have conducted our mail, ftp and video servers on XP because we expected a software upgrade for our video server, so that we can install Windows 7. The MB is a Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H Revision 1.0. Last week, I took the server down to do the installation of Windows 7 Enterprise. Using the ISO downloaded from our Volume Licensing account I burned onto a dvd it and booted from it.

The system should start and begin installing Windows. The files would load and the screen change to . Then nothing. I fought with him for two days and I tried a thousand (Finally, much) "solutions, I found online, but nothing has worked.

Same failure. I allowed the system to boot from the hard drive to the existing installation of XP and it worked normally (it's how I could get away with spending so much time on this: I could put the machine into service between tests).

Go to research on the web it is clear that it is not yet near a problem isolated - I found pages and pages of the report and a variety of approaches to fix - it would take a lifetime to try them all. Surely MS is aware of this - it is hoped (in vain, I'm afraid) that he would have been treated by them. Maybe it's one of these 'features' that defies explanaton. But I hope not.

Hi, I have a problem in the installation, how to install acrobat 8.1 pro in 64-bit Windows 7 Enterprise is existing in Windows XP.  I just want to transfer the license Adobe pro 8 Windows 7 64 bit. What is the procedure?

You need to install 8 AA on the new OS with your current S/N (the license allows 2 installs). After the installation, do all the updates if you expect any chance of 8 AA to run on the system. If the updates will be installed not in the menu help, then go to ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/ and install updates in the order. People seem to have been successful with 32 - bit systems and some have reported success with a 64 bit system. After installation, print something to the Adobe PDF printer to make sure it works. If this works, you should be in good shape as printing treat the bottleneck. There is a solution, but you shouldn't have it.

If all works well, then go back to the old machine and disable this installing and uninstalling. Don't forget that your configuration is not supported by Adobe. It seems with every new version of Windows, MS seeks to make the user to upgrade the other hardware and software for compatibility. There may be legitimate reasons for this action, but the game just seems to be Ms.

Volume Licensing is the most affordable to upgrade your existing PC to Windows 7. If your PC is not already covered by Software Assurance, you can purchase licenses to upgrade thanks to a Volume Licensing program to access Windows 7 Enterprise.

Windows 7 Enterprise, a volume license customer, only available for corporations deploying Windows in bulk to hundreds or thousands of computers. It is available only through Microsoft Software Assurance volume license programs. People may not buy it.

You will need to purchase a genuine copy of Windows 7 or Windows 10.

We are a volume license customer and recently purchased a license of Windows Pro with Software Assurance upgrade under contract Open Value.  We have Windows 7 Pro on our machines and want to get to Windows 7 Enterprise.  We are allowed to do, but we say that we have to do a clean install.  It doesn't look good for me.  We want to upgrade, is it possible?

Custom installation is your only option.

Your best option is to upgrade to Windows 8 Pro or Windows 8 Enterprise Edition which takes in charge in place upgrades from Windows 7 to Windows 8.

  • Install Windows 7 Enterprise on Veriton x4640g

We have recently acquired 30 x Veriton x4640g that comes preloaded with Windows 7 Professional. I tried to install the version of Windows 7 Enterprise and continues to freeze on the language selection / time zone all day.

Although there is nothing wrong with Windows 7 Professional, it is a company policy to install only Enterprise Editions of Windows on all of our systems due to the volume of licenses and standardize the whole environment.

I changed the BIOS to UEFI Legacy mode, tried to install from a DVD and USB, I even used to different brands of DVD and USB but the problem persists.

My next step is to upgrade the BIOS to see if that helps, a start-up network also suggested colleague via the Windows Deployment Services, I doubt that will solve the problem, but I'm grabbing at straws here any suggestions.

So after a lot of noise I just got an e-mail from my IOC that acer will send someone during an update on all the machines we bought recently and which should solve this problem. They could have just sent me the tool and I could have done myself, or maybe they don't want to share with us.
