purchased add on, but not compatible

I bought an add-on, but after I bought it I tried to install it with the plugin Manager Add on and it says that the add-on must do with photoshop 13.0 or higher. I am a beginner and know nothing fFusibles it. I plan creative cloud. How can I upgrade to photoshop 13.0 so that I can install the add-on that I bought?

This module is compatible with the CC - CS6 20915 (current), so there is no problem with compatibility.

Looks like you have trouble to install the add-in (file one ZXP)

Have you tried to install via extension manager?
