Put videos on my rocket

Hello... I have problems with regular video Windows Media Player on my sansa fuze. I was wondering why it does this. I simply drag a video in my video file, but it never happens in my mp3 player... anyone know what format videos are on a sansa fuze?

-Thank you

I just added a review of the "rocket" on Amazon, which included information about the transfer of videos.  So I'll just copy and paste what I wrote from there to here.

First of all videos must be in mp4 format so that the "rocket" be able to recognize them. In addition, you need to use the Sansa Media Converter (what IDE, you need to download) to transfer these files to the "rocket" before they will work. It's because the converter creates a metadata file, called file thm that gives further information of rocket that educated read on your rocket. So, you have in fact two files added to your rocket then adding videos, the video file (mp4) and the thm file. Your rocket must be plugged into your computer so that the Sansa Media Converter work. In addition, in order to add the mp4 videos in the converter, you must close any additional video playing software. In particular, I found that having BSplayer open all trying to add causes problems for the converter. So close all media players. Another note on the videos, there is third party software that allows you to convert various media formats to mp4 format. DVDVideoSoft Free Studio is such a free utility. You simply add you avi or wmv file (or other) in the utility by using the video iPod Converter function. Who will convert your video to mp4 format. From there the Sansa converter allows you to transfer the new mp4 for your rocket. If you have a fussy mp4 file which don't transfer to your rocket for a reason, just run it through the video to iPod Converter and use this new file mp4 for the transfer of your rocket. I've had it happen a few times, but it works. When the native memory on your rocket is full, you can always upload videos to your rocket through your memory card. No problem. Just use the Sansa converter as before. What will happen, is that since your native memory is full the converter will tell you that the process has failed. This is not quite true. He did not write the video on the native memory, but it has always generated the video file and thm. The thm file, if you had even a little space left in the native memory, is probably in the video folder of your native memory of rocket. Just go to this folder and do a cut and paste of thm native memory file to a folder on your memory card. The video is still on the hard drive of your computer. Go to users / [your user folder] /Documents/ Sansa Media Converter. Your video is located in the folder of the Sansa. Simply cut and paste this folder into the folder on your memory card where you put the thm file. Here, your video is now on your memory card, and your rocket he sees just as if it was on native memory. You can also cut and paste videos, music, etc. of native memory and put it on your memory card, if you want to make more room on the native memory.

With regard to freezing videos, IIRC it may have been a problem from the beginning when I was trying to have the converter to go directly from avi transfer the "rocket". I think it has to do with the converter tries to do two things instead of one. When you try to get both convert to mp4 and transfer during the "rocket", you end up with multiple problems. The converter software is really preferable to be used only as a means to transfer already converted files mp4 on the "rocket". Once I started using the process I have described above, the gel has completely disappeared. I got my rocket for months since the beginning of this year, and I did have a problem of freezing because I started to follow the process described above. Using this method also, transfer videos much faster when I tried to convert and transfer at the same time. I have not had a problem converting any video file whatever the size, resolution or frame rate since I use the process described above.

I intended to put Vista on my Tecra M4, and the only issue he has with him, it is that I won't be able to run the Aero interface, because I have the GeForce 6200 (the 6600 was not available when I bought the laptop). So I was wondering:

METHOD 2 - Remove music files using the computer:

-Connect your device to the computer.

-Select Open the device to view files using Windows Explorer on the initial connection.

-Locate the folder where your files are stored.

-Select and then delete the files.

I don't know why I couldn't see the file before, but it worked

  • Bad habit of putting video clips in Captivate?

I created a lesson on how to weld.  On each slide, I have a small video clip showing something about soldering with audio text and bulleted.  When I play it on my laptop, it very well.  I upload to Blackboard (our LMS) and when I look on our audio school computers and text are fine, but the video freezes in the second.  We have very good speeds of LAN and decent PC in the classroom.  SH ouldI not try put the video clips in a lesson of Captivate?  I've noticed that no Captivate example using video clips.

Check with the system administrator who controls the server on your LMS. There may be some sort of filtering on the video files or the MIME type of your video is not allowed (although this would normally prevent nothing to appear).

Post your content SCORM Cloud and test from there.  If the video works then, your problem is with your own server, LMS, not the lesson of Captivate.

  • Download videos on my rocket?

I recently bought a sansa fuze. I tried to download a WMV file to it with the Sansa Media Converter. He is always stuck at 49%. I did some research and discovered that you need to download Quicktime, the k - lite codec pack and directx (don't know what it was called, but positive I downloaded it). Someone has even provided links to downloads and said they succeeded. However, it would still have the same problems. Today, a day later, I tried to re-download the video with the Media Converter. A message appears about ffdshow. No matter what option I choose, the video will still download in the converter. I've updated the firmware today. How to download my video successfully? Help, please!

I've been in the situation that the MSC is stuck to the two or three times through intermediaries. I have figured out that SMC needs a lot of computer resources. So, whenever I can't make the conversion, I restart my machine and do the conversion again, no problem. Please do not use your computer to do other things when you perform the conversion.

  • Put video soundtrack on cd.

A number of so-called video clips on YouTube is sound.  Is it possible, after downloading these files, in order to burn the audio component on an audio cd to play on a cd player?

This really isn't a matter of Movie Maker.  The first thing you need is a way to download video from YouTube and convert them to a music file.  There are numerous YouTube downloaders, so do a search.  I used Freemake Video Converter to do this.  You paste the URL of the video and choose MP3 as the destination format.

From there, you will need to add to your Windows Media Library (in Windows Media Player) and then use the option of engraving to make an audio CD.

As always, make sure you have the right to author and permissions for us what you download.

  • Is there an easy way to put video controls style to an animation?

I'm currently building an animation of edge for a Web site for use in a group of pop up that appears when you move your mouse over it.

    The questions I have are:

    • You can set the animation to play once the Panel is visible, not when the page is loaded?

    • Is it possible to play/stop/back orders fast within the animation, as well as any video?

Thank you for your help in advance.

    Hi, Quaetapo-

    The first question: http://www.raymondcamden.com/index.cfm/2013/7/11/Delaying-an-Edge-Animate-asset-until-visi wheat - part-2

The second question: Yes, although you'd have to simulate a rewind.  You can play playReverse() to play back, stop() to make a break and play() play from where the play was stopped, but you must write a search because we play only our timeline in real time.

    Hope that helps,

    -Elaine

  • How to put a video on santa e260?

I bought a santa e260 version v03.01.11a of my friend and I have been trying to put videos on it but I don't know how to convert the files and what im supposed to convert two? or what im supposed to use program? Help, please

It is good that you updated the firmware of the original, which was delivered without the option to change from MTP mode MSC USB. Congratulations on appearing on this procedure. Many who do not have as here.

As far as videos go, yes it is possible but different people have different levels of success with different methods. I would say going through the Sansa Media Converter Board. You will find all kinds of advice, assistance and recommendations for converting videos to play on your Sansa e260. You will also see what was not working for the people or the problems they faced.

If you decide to use the Sansa Media Converter, it is almost guaranteed that you will need to convert the video source to a different format with another converter first. Then the MSC will be the final of the conversion and transfer of video to your player. There are many other free programs that work; You'll just have to see what works best for you.

Since you have a v2 device that uses the same processor as the replacement of the "rocket", you can also try Video4Fuze or FuzeVidz, conversion programs that have been written by the members here to simplify the video conversion process and eliminate the need for MSC in total.
