  Hi and sorry this is a long, but please bear with it - I think it should be simple.

  I have a puzzle that I'm back engineering to meet my needs.   I found a solution. Turns, it was not a case of download a newer player Flash, but I had 2 plugins flash player enabled in Google Chrome and for some reason, having 2 plugins do Flash does not work.

  All I had to do was to disable one of the plugins.
