  I have a problem with some VMWare Workstation customers, which case the mouse and keyboard to the virtual machine stops responding for a second or two under load.   Sounds like the beginning of a bad decision. This is the place where you insert the adapter into the laptop. The problem is very common and requires installing a new plug. Fortunately for you, the dv8000 has the power supply as a separate plug-in module... it does not solder just removal and replacement.

I do not pretend you hire but they post photos of the internal workings of the series dv8000 so you can understand what I write you about.   I want to access the database of MS SQL server oracle database using hsodbc connection under linux.
  
  I followed following steps to reach higher.
  
  1. sql server installed easysoft odbc driver
  2 configured odbc.ini with information on sql server.
  3. create initSQLSERVER.ora and placed under < host ora >/hs/admin
  4 created earpiece and tns name
  5 created db link
  
  I am able to query MS SQl, oracle, but any column defined as nvarchar or ntext server tables are not displayed.
  
  Everyone has this problem and have the solution?
  
  Note: I did the same configuration in windows, but works well.

  I think you have misunderstood my last update.
  Patch 5965763 is not a patch to install DG4ODBC in the RDBMS 10.2. It's only a patch that allows to 10.2.0.3, 10.2.0.4 (including 5965763) or + 5965763 to use the gateways of 11 g that are installed in separate directories of ORACLE_HOME.
  You can not just change the program in a listener of 10,2-dg4odbc.
  Have you installed the software DG4ODBC in another new ORACLE_HOME of the 10.2 install?
  If so, you should start the listener of this ORACLE_HOME and not the ORACLE_HOME 10.2 DG4ODBC.

  A possible scenario would be to have an ADSL PPPoE connection for your primary link and a secondary dial-up link.  So if a DNS lookup fails because the PPPoE connection is not completely connected to the Internet Windows would try to use the link to remote access instead of doing whatever it was necessary to wait for the first to work.  Even after the PPPoE connection is fully established, it would be always possible to have no research to trigger a second test on the remote access link.  A solution would be to delete or disable the link to remote access.  In any case an average minimum of change the symptom would be to change the connections settings never compose...
