  When I'm away from my wifi e-mails can be received but not sent.  My email address is by Cogeco and Rogers is wireless network.  Or to say that they can help me.  Rogers stated that Cogeco and Rogers do not connect together, and that the previous software used by Blackberry has been changed.  This makes my useless email so on the road.  A blackberry should send emails!  I don't know whether to believe Rogers or not!  They said there is a fix, but it would make my BB cannot send e-mails while I'm at home.  This situation will be resolved by Blackberry?

  Carefully note the information at the bottom of this KB... the problem is with Cogeco, not the BlackBerry. I suspect the fix they mentioned is to use Cogeco outside facing SMTP servers, which may not be accessible when you're home (e.g., Cogeco system "inside").

  A different difficulty would be to abandon Cogeco for an email provider that allows you indeed appropriate access to their servers of e-mail from all locations. You could put a redirector on Cogeco to this other email provider.

• Awakening Q10 Q10 blackBerry problem

  I recently spent Baclberry "BOLD" to Q10, and I have quite a strange thing. Handset screen becomes sleep after 30 seconds, and when I try to access the device again, I have to push the power button on the top to wake up the unit and I need to lock the screen so I have to drag up to unlock the device. An alternative workaround is by pressing one of the following keys for the United Nations; lock screen (w, r, e, s, d, f, v).

  Is this a bug or a feature custom made? Why it wouldn't take me to unlock the screen by dragging a time? yesterday I was chatting on BBM and every time (when the unit has been idle for 30 seconds or more) I had to press the power button, and then drag until you get to the application and it drove me crazy. I do not want to increase the screen timeout interval, it would consume more battery unnecessarily.

  When you are in the list of BBM contacts, further down from the top, you can see "Settings" in the upper right. Touch it and then scroll down to "Contact Layout".

  Try different helmet "well known." If those who still fail in your device (but work well in another device), then the deduction becomes one of the devices, which of course we cannot do something internet remotely.   I tried to reload my software from the link of blackberry, now I have a blank screen with a red led will blink twice and repeating.

  My apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere. But how to change the font for example outgoing e-mail from Q10. I don't want to say how can I write things in "BOLD" or itals. I want to say how do we change of for example a font sans serif for a serif, one-for-all emails?   Hmmm... I don't think it's an option. You couldn't do this on previous BlackBerrys not more.

  You can adjust the "BOLD" font size, etc. in the email compose editing screen.
