  Try this Brian... Once you open the e-mail, type the name of the sender, it will then show the email account and to which it is sent in an expanded view. Now tap and hold on the sender name again, the right vertical bar should now appear, select copy name. Head to the new body of the e-mail, press and hold in the body of the email right vertical bar appears, select Paste. Note that it will also stick the name next to the email address, so you can delete if you do not need.

  This is how I do it, found nothing as fast as this so far. Hope that helps.

  You are able to use BBM before this update without any problem?

  If you are then try reinstalling BBM who may help, do that on your homescreen go to Options > device > application management > delete BlackBerry Messenger in the list.

  After deletion to perform a battery pull reboot by removing the battery while your unit is powered and then wait a min.  and reinsert back.

  Your device can take a long restart, then use your BlackBerry browser and navigate to www.blackberry.com/bbmdownload and the most recent available for your device. After reinstalling see if that helps

  I've updated BBM from version 7 to 7.0.1. After the reboot, I found that my BBM was gone. I checked my world in Blackberry World, to see that it is installed, but it was gone.   Updated my BB Messenger (as suggested).  A msg came to the effect: "your BBM is registered on another handset, you want to migrate to the current?   I clicked Yes, and then the profile of my daughter appeared as mine!  She has my old handset for BB.
