Q10 Q10 Blackberry BlackBerry cannot connect to the Rogers network

Hello

I am not able to connect to the network on my Q10. I wiped my phone already. The phone recognizes my sim card and updates information contact in my phone and indicates my phone number in the phone app, but above the network just shows a red 'X' bars. I used did a battery pull, factory reset and a link from Blackberry to restore the software does not. It is also updated the latest version of the software.

    As a last resort, I would use an autoloader to reload the operating system.  If this does not work after that then it is a hardware failure, or the device is not compatible with the networks in your area.  Assuming that this worked before and suddenly left leads me to believe that it's a hardware problem.

    XP Pro Client has been connected to the area by cable network, but now we need to connect in wireless. Card of TrendNet USB Wireless-N, no problems.     After updating firmware on the router makes you hard reset the router to its factory settings. Then reconfigure the router back to your configuration, do not use any file backup right?
