Qosmio Q50 - game lag - is - this overheating?
Hi all
I took a break from playing games for a few months to concentrate on my studies. I started playing them recently yet, but after about 10 minutes, really strong become fans (probably working at their full power) and the game lags insofar as it's unplayable. Fans can calm down and play normally again for another 5 minutes and then the same process occurs.
The process:
1-> launch game and play for 10 minutes
2-> fans become very strong and the game lags significantly lasting about 1 minutes
3-> fans calm down and the game plays smoothly
4-> after about 5 minutes, that we go back to step 2
I was not used to encounter this problem, and I don't know why I suddenly feel it. My laptop is overheating? Why the lag game when fans are working to there more difficult and not when they work quietly? Would more appropriate that the laptop would go smoother when fans working hard because the system is expected to be cooler?
I could do to fix this?
Hello
It might be possible that your cooling modules are clogged with dust and debris.
This could happen sometimes. That's why s fans advised to clean the cooling and cooling grids from time to time using a jet of compressed air!
In many cases this work and you help to avoid high temperatures and hard and fast running of cooling modules.
I do from time to time and it really works

Satellite A500-026 (PSAR3A-026002) - BLUR game lag and freeze
Hello
I have problems with my laptop plays blur. He plays the NFS Shift and Dirt2 perfectly fine, and the GPU is capable of games, but when I play Blur, the game lag and freezes, then goes to a black screen, then white and comes back to the game again. This happens repeatedly.
Is there anything else that could cause this except the CPU (the processor is an Intel Core2Duo, clocked at 2.66 GHZ but blurs recommendation is a 3.4 GHz Pentium D)?
Any help, greatly appreciated,
Pterry
null
Hey Buddy,
It seems that the problem is related to blur the game if other games work properly. Who knows the exact system of it requirements and if your graphics card is supported
Pentium D is a CPU (core) more old, so it should work with your Core2Duo correctly.Taken graphics card supported by blur?
Have you checked the website of factory for an update or patch?Generally if you have problems with several games it s advisable to update the display driver and the version of DirectX.

Start the HP Support Assistant software. Click troubleshooting, and then select each of the options available, except the performance. Delete all Temp files and temporary internet browser files will help you.
Follow the instructions on this tutorial at home to define your default virtual memory paging size. It's certainly worth a performance improvement you will notice. Don't let not Windows controls the size of your virtual memory paging file.
Fill your online games can be for various reasons. The most likely reason if you use wireless 802. 11 b or G is the connection. If you have a 802.11n wireless router and the wireless in your laptop card is capable of 802.11n bandwidth and then use it without a doubt.

Qosmio Q50-10 - need info on brightness on power electric battery
I'm looking for someone who has the QOSMIO Q50-10 to check the information on the low light that appears when
the computer is running on battery and after that we're going to restart windows without mains.I use FN + F7 I looked in power options, but I don't have a difference when working on current alternative
The broblem is when I restart the QOSMIO G50 - 10I whithout alternating current.
I find a settlement in the BIOS on (settings personal battery) I put it to full brightness but nothingMaybe it's a function of energy saving?
Looks like its limiting brightness on battery power in order to preserve the battery.
Or maybe it has AC power for the big bright screen.

I check the system configuration required and everything seems OK. The only thing that is not the same is the video card. The video card in the PC, I am installing on is an Intel (R) G33/31 Express Chipset Family 286 MB and not the ATIX700 or Nvidia 6100 128 MB. This will stop the installation of the game or is this something else. I tried to reinstall and also installation on another PC, but it happens with the same message that makes me think this is the game. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Opengl32.dll is not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. I reinstalled the graphics drivers. During the execution of the games, it shows this error. What should I do to fix this? Is it a graphic file or a file from microsoft?
Hi Jason,
1. What is the number of brand and model of your system and graphics card?
2 did you a recent software or hardware changes to the system?
This error can be caused by an application, including any old games you have installed on your system.
Because you tried to reinstall the drivers for video card, you can try to perform a clean boot and check if it helps.
A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.
You can read the following article to put the computer in a clean boot:
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 7 in the above article.

original title: Blue Screen Crash - whenever I play a game fullscreen (in this case, Fallout New Vegas)
For some reason that I was constantly blue screen crashes whenever I'm playing Fallout New Vegas on my computer. I'm positive my computer takes care of everything, I will list the specs below. He broke down twice today while I played for a good two and a half hours before the first, but then when I rebooted and went back into the game, he has frozen almost immediately so I ended the process. Then I tried once more, maybe got 10 minutes of play until a third crash...
Here are my specs;
Biostar H55 HD motherboard Intel
Intel i3 to 2.93 GHz processor
Mushkin 4 GB Ram DDR3 (1333 MHZ)
500 GB Seagate HDD
NVidia GeForce GTS 450 graphics card
Orion HP650D 650W PSU
I went into the Device Manager and ensured that all my drivers are up to date, that don't seem to not be.
Here are the final details of the accident.

Overheating/game lag, DV7-1270us
Hello
My problem is with overheating, I have had this laptop for a while, and although I have maintained, it has been much used. I installed a few games, and everything by playing them, it is not uncommon for the laptop to overheat and shut down. The laptop is normally warm enough when it is long periods of time (but doesn't stop generally), the fan works and goes faster when the laptop does many things.
My problem with this is, let's say for example I play GTA IV; This laptop is equipped to play this game, based on the minimum hardware recommended and also recommended (not to mention CPU) so naturally I guess play it's going to be no lag, no problem. This is not the case as for other recent games, Mafia II, Dead Island and others have given me the same problem, market and playing usually gives me good FPS (playable in any case) but after maybe ten minutes, very rude gal starts, I'd get a maximum of 10 fps, if even that, though, I know my system takes care of everything.
So far, I have
-Open the laptop, cleaned, ensuring no dust is in
-Defragment drive C together, had more than 50 fragments k
-J' use software gamebooster when playing games to ensure without resources is wasted on background programs
-Tweaked my settings 3D geforce nvidia to optimize performance
-Tweaked settings in game, low graphics, etc.
-Update to the latest graphics card drivers
This maybe has me a bit of extra FPS, so you can see my frustrations, I've exhausted all the options that I know, that's why I came here, lag problems seem to be related to the problem of overheating because as I said booting games since a laptop cool, means usually only playable FPS, but shift begins as the laptop heats up and uses 100% cpu power.
My only other thought would replace thermal paste. It's quite painful surgery that I don't want to even try unless I know it will help, is there any other cause that would explain why this is happening?
My specs are:
CPU: you have: Intel (r) Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU P8600 @ 2.40 GHzCP Spee: you: 2.4 GHz Performance rated: 27.048 GH
R: 4.0
: Windows Vista Home Premium S
Video card: GeForce 9600 m300 GB hard drive, 107GB free at the moment, direct x version 11
Any advice would be appreciated. I'm not too concerned if it was just a game, but when it is all relatively new games hanging out like this, despite being up-to-by the conditions.
I wanted to give you an update in case others have the same problem, I think it has something to do with the event, for a 17 "screen, I think he should have more than one event, but I just used some compressed air, he emptied, the fan stopped after that, probably dust obstructed his path , so I forced to spin, and I tested it all it's - GTA IV, functioning during two hours of play, computer laptop only @ 21ºC
Probalem was, before hand I've never smelled of air coming out the vents, didn't think much, but the different is now noticeable, the vent for the fan's cool after hours (laptop is eleveated so) and the wind is blowing hot air. Everything seems to be in order
Thank you.

Video & game lag on the Qosmio x 770 - 11 c
Basically this problems took place since I have this laptop a few months ago. Flash videos sometimes slow down for a few seconds, with the sound turn lag/robotic-sounding.
This happens once or twice a day.The same happens also during the game, the game will slow down and the sound will again be all robots. Sometimes, the game will continue to run at less than the usual framerate with distorted sound for a while.
The strange thing is that this never happens during video playback in VLC/WMP etc.
Just in flash video, from youtube to the BBC.I am under the latest Nvidia drivers & BIOS.
I tried older BIOS and the same thing happens again.
I will now try the 296,190 drivers from nvidia to see if anything changes. However, this problem is really annoying and I was wondering if there are known solutions, or if anyone knows at least the same problems.

Satellite C70D - Has: game lag due to the graphics chip?
Hello
I have laptop Toshiba Satellite C70D-A-11th week series 1.
Unfortunately, I'm at the moment not really satisfied with the image... game is lagging because my graphics. My question is where you can find how much I consume the 4 GB.
And where can I put I consume more or less. Since then, it is a separable memory Yes.
My English is not perfect. hope someone understands.
Please answer
Hello
Well, I m wondering why you bought a device with a (inner part of the CPU) graphics chip if you want to use the laptop for games?
The laptop supports the AMD Radeon HD graphics 8400 which is part of the A6-5200 Quad-Core AMD processor.
This GPU is similar to Intel HD GPU, which is also part of Intel processors.Such graphic internal cards are not really designed for a game of course, you would be able to run and play a game, but don t expect too much

I think to buy the * X 300 - 13w * but a guy told me do not buy because of overheating problems.
I know a CPU quad core and bi - GPU product temperatures, but I don't know if that damage the machine. I'll import, I have the only one year warranty: (.) (i) I live in a country with temperatures of 35 + C in summer. (i)
{color: #ff0000} _do you owners of the X 300 (especially of the X 300 - 13w) face overheating problems? _ {color}? :| What do you offer me?Thanks in advance!
Hello!
I think that it s no problem and the Qosmio will not get overheating problems.
I looked in the manual and there is information that you can use Notepad in the above 35 ° C operating status.
Alternatively, you can download the manual here:
http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com-online downloads support & -online user manual for Toshiba.A quad core and bi - GPU processor produces a temperature high who of right, but the Qosmio X 300 has a really nice cooling.
So much fun with this laptop really good.
