  Software development in LV2009 that uses Report Generation Toolkit for reading/writing Excel models. Program works well in development mode. AppBuilder crashes when the *.exe build when adding NIReport.lvclassReport.vi rint

  According to the dialog box display errors, there is a terminal unwired or bad on the call print node; However I did not any changes to this expedition VI (that I know). I tried all unused cable entries (empty strings From, To, and ImprDsNomFichier; false Booleans for preview and PrintToFile, Collate) after I fell on the error, but who had no luck either. Also tried to insert conversions to varying for each input element, just in case there was a problem in the implicit data type conversion variant.

  I also tried ctrl + Maj + compilation of all of the application execution, but this does not seem to get to the non-interrupted, either.

  Someone has to meet this problem before? It's weird that it would break just like that - I had actually compiled this particular executable before, using a few still report Generation Toolkit screws that I use now. The only difference from the last generation, is that I replaced a Report.SaveAs function with a Report.Save function.

  Also of note: I have included all report classes in my project and build specification to compile dependencies in making libraries supported in order to minimize the number of labview files included in the distribution of executable. This is probably why a mistake with the calls Report.vi to print hangs the same AppBuilder so I do not explicitly call that VI anywhere in my code.

  EDIT: both pis. I solved the problem.

  But in case someone else runs into the same issue, here is what I have done:

  I'm running a 64 bit computer laptop with Windows 7, a 32-bit application, CVI generation 2010 running.

  The default path is the path to any distribution installed OR engine Variable on your machine. For example, if it has been installed from a driver disc, the path would probably be D:\. However, since the images you posted, I see that you were being asked to provide the path to one of your previous ATAHM distributions. It has been home to this path:

Your version of this manifest .NET file matches (except for the version number) review from the Base of knowledge, so you should try to replace it with Revision B (rename it to .xml NI .NET Framework 2.0 Language Pack x 86 Installer {F8ECD2D6-659C-49EB-8454-5F8F7B526FCF}). Make sure that you restart CVI after the file-swapping. I think that in order to solve your problem. If it isn't, you need to let me know what is the new number, or if you somehow still see the same error message.

• Ubuntu Maverick Meerkat + kernel 2.6.35 - 9 VMWare Tools fails to build

  I'm doing of the VMWare Tools to build on kernel 2.6.34 - 9 th in Ubuntu Maverick Meerkat, so it will not work properly. For the moment, drag and move does not work well and I need a hack GRUB2 boot Ubuntu correctly. The reconstruction of the VMWare Tools using sudo./install.pl I get the following errors:

  Experience, both VMWare and Parallels tend to do updates to their tools to release the release of these operating systems is set up.

  There is also a chance that the version of the kernel or X may be updated as new builds of Ubuntu 10.10 become available. I guess that they do not want to spend time to update tools and then find two weeks they need to do it again.

  If your spending a lot of time using UNIX/Linux product beta, I would recommend running VirtualBox for those, as the tools are updated more quickly. Just be sure to not try and run a VirtualBox VM and a VMWare Fusion virtual machine at the same time - you will get a Mac OS x kernel panic.

• build books for Slot 1 cRIO module Profibus - FPGA, but fails to Slot 7

  We have a Profibus cRIO module installed in a chassis cRIO-9024 and difficulties during the process of generation FPGA. Construction is very well when the project is configured for the Profibus module in Slot 1, but it fails with errors in Code generation, when the project is configured to Slot 7. I created a very simple pair of projects (attached) which illustrate the problem.

  Error messages are "a generation of HDL code error has occurred" and "Terminal (to the) requiring a constant wired entrance to not constant or sources. A screenshot is included in the attachment.

  Commenting on the second sub - VI ' CS_cRIO_PBM [7] FPGA_SPI_ReadWrite.vi "in Profibus_Slot7.vi allows the FPGA code build without errors. Tried the constants of wiring for the Subvi entries and other variations, but still failed to build.

  I am aware that the documentation for the Profibus module recommends installation in Slot 1, but our client requires us to install in Slot 7.

  Someone at - it understand the generation of Code errors that I receive?

  (1) you use the old driver and this is expected behavior.

  (2) the new driver will allow you to put the module in any location. Be sure to leave an empty slot next to him due to thermal considerations.

• Error with ListItemProvider - undefined reference to build

  I'm tying to add a ListItemProvider for my project, but without success.

  If I add the following class extends from ListItemProvider to my project, it fails to build - this from the log from the console:

  I tried recreating it from scratch and comment on different things.  I can build OK, if I comment out the function updateItem call, but that's really what I want to use, that kind of defeats the purpose of the ListitemProvider.

  I tried to recreate a number of times and also different levels of SDK.  If I drop the class in a sample as Battambang, island generation fails in a similar way.  But if I have him drop it into C++ Cookbook sample, it compiles OK.  I compared to the building, in particular the included libraries and can not see the difference.  I don't know there is a, only I don't know where to look.

  How to solve this problem.

  I would try to remove the contents of the file cache of the CCP. Go to the 'Welcome' on the menu drop-down menu and choose Preferences > "click here for the file to clear the cache.

  Then get cool downloads and try again.

• Build error on install

  Hi, I installed creative cloud on my desktop and laptop.

  For unknown reasons, creative applications cloud on my desktop disappeared.

  So I used creative cloud package manager to reinstall them.

  It downloads everything, arrives to "building...". "and then at 99%, it fails and says build Fail - your build met unrecoverable errors.

  Tried several times, same thing.

  Any thoughts on why it is not install (or why he went away in the first place - I only installed it on two computers, and it's always on the laptop)?

• An internal tool or the library returned an error.

  I had a very slight modification of a source today and update the source file.  When I tried to build the distribution, however, failed to build with the following messages: "Error Part developer configuration options", then "an internal tool or the library returned an error."  No other information was provided as to the source of possible error.  It is a project that has been maintained for several years.  I tried to build in 2015 of the BCI and in 2013 with the same results.  I was able to build another project without error.

  I've attached a screenshot of the error window.  I was able to build the distribution after you have created a new file .cds.  The other file must be corrupted in some unknown way.

• Limitation of routing PCI-6602

  I'm trying to use 4 counters to generate 4 signals, synchronized with external trigger (PFI, 38). If I use 0 to 3 meters, it fails to build a road linking the counter 0 internal output with the outbreak of departure of 1 meter. - like on the extract attached.

  If I use any other counter (4 to 7) instead of counter 0, it works fine.

  I couldn't find anything by banning the first NI Max table of routes of the devices configuration. It shows only ArmStart trigger connections, they are directly connected to the outputs internal counters if in the same half (0-3 or 4-7) and through trigger when the other bus.

  Is there a way to establish a configuration like that without trying? Me read something wrong, is he full routing documentation somewhere?

  An output meter task finished (at least 2 pulses) requires 2 counters on the 6602 (a counter to generate a signal square output) and the second counter to her door exactly when he finishes the last pulse.  Consecutive meters are matched together to this effect (ctr4-ctr5, ctr0-ctr1, ctr2-ctr3, ctr6-ctr7).  You run problems because ctr1 generates 2 impulses and therefore requires the use of ctr0 to achieve (if ctr0 is used for your other tasks it will not work).

  New hardware STC3 as series X and CompactDAQ a paired internal counters (not accessible by the user), which makes the camera seem to be able to generate an output meter finished with a single meter.
