I did a little more fine-tuning of the installation of the microphone.  Now, it works well on Skype and sound recorder. I won't take this back within the 14 days return policy.  It's a good computer I can say.  The technicians were all very friendly and helpful.  They called me several times to check to see if it still works OK! They are HUGE!  They want to help with any other question, I have perhaps with the computer.  Thank you very much for the help. Everyone was SO helpful.

  I have an application that processes data from bluetooth and send it to the web service. Recently, there was a request to add sounds to the request. Now when the application processes lots of data and the player plays constantly after a few seconds I get exception "Application is not responding. And then the treatment is finished. In the newspapers, I see many connected after this exception ForcedStackTrace exception.

  The sounds are played in the separate thread. If the app is not play sounds or short sounds - everything works fine. Is it possible to avoid what happens an exception? Why this is happening?

  Solved by implementing my own PlayerManager, which running in a separate thread would point the way to the queue rather then the number of threads by using the internal player application.

  I have a question about OCI8 connection to the Oracle server via portfolio, which I understand is a good practice because we do not have to hard code the users password. I'm trying to read pages 117 and 118 of the book The Underground PHP and Oracle manual online to learn how to set up a portfolio. I proceeded by steps as explained in these two pages (except that at the end I connect, as a normal user, not a privileged user) yet, apparently PHP does not detect the user.
  
  Here's what I write in my script

  the training is the name of the user that I use in my PHP scripts to connect to the oracle database and the password is mypassword (is not true, just for the purpose of this thread :)) the code above gives me the following error:)

  But if I also provide the password which is,

  Obviously it works, but at the same time, this means that my wallet is not operational.

  The following text was performed under my oracle linux (so the dbagroup)

  I created and provided the password for the directory of portfolio

  I created an entry for my oracle user that will be used in my PHP scripts to connect to oracle

  I also checked that the entry was actually created for my user in the portfolio

  That gives a good clue to begin with. With your platform/Apache/DB, you might need different ACLs. Test directory and permissions. Check what euid your Apache runs as. Good luck.

  Usually this problem is caused if there any changes in the configuration of the keyboard, or due to Internet connection issues. I would like to know some information about this problem, so that we can help you further.

  1. do you have the question started recently?

  2. have you recently changed the password?

  3. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  I suggest you to make sure that the caps lock is not activated, if it is enabled, then turn it off and check if that helps.

  Have you shut down / turning your Mac off... power off the USB drive... Connect the drive to the Mac... start up the Mac... then, turn on the USB drive?

  I use firefox on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit v36.0.1. Video card is an ASUS R9 280 X using the latest drivers from AMD 14.12 Catalyst Omega Software.

  Motherboard is an ASUS M5A88 with 16 GB of ram and a processor of 6300 FX.

  It is a new construction that I have implemented in the last 24 hours, and this behavior was not present on the system using the same version of windows, firefox and even map chart and drivers. But on another card mother and CPU. Previous Board of Directors has been
  M4A79XTD EVO with a Phenom II X 4 955BE.

  The glitching does not occur when it is on the desktop and firefox is closed. It will not occur when you use IE - 64 nor does it when I am using the steam software or any Explorer windows/opening files.

  All the motherboard drivers are installed correctly, the integrated graphics card is disabled in the BIOS. I disabled the settings of firefox for hardware acceleration, smooth scrolling and text... to see if it was the question. It wasn't.

  I'd appreciate any help to solve this... Really, I don't want to use a different browser but it's bad enough and quite distracting to really annoy me, and I don't see any alternative.

  I was about to post a reply, because a friend suggested that maybe that's a rendering of issue rather than a firefox one video card even if it's strange how it affected firefox only. I didn't have a chance to test it on Chrome as it is a new construction and I don't want to install the software, I do not use.

  I went to the Manager of catalyst and had a glance to the settings. I changed something, but no help... I then started to make a simple change and test until I found that the activation "gpu up-scaling" in the properties of digital flat screens has solved the problem.

  According to the used speaker, he will always be * some * delay when using Bluetooth to stream audio from an iOS device (or practically any device BT also) through a Bluetooth speaker. I have a Bluetooth speakers system cheaper that I use with my iPad mini 4... I pretty much use it only to listen to sound. If I try and use it for Pinball iOS games I play, there is a delay of environ.5 second anywhere, I'm the speaker. Exactly same phenomenon occurs with the keyclicks when you type it on the iPad keyboard... 5 second delay & even with some applications of synthesizer iOS that I use (Animoog & Arturia iSEM). I think it's just the nature of the beast of Bluetooth.

  Higher quality speakers would be better, but I'm not spending more money to find out.

  If you want an immediate response with zero real audio keypress delay, I fear, the only way to do this is to use a wired speaker.
