  First of all, let's change the accessibility settings:

  1. click on start, then click Control Panel.
  2. click on "Ease of access", then click on 'accessibility '.
  3. click on "make the computer easier to see.
  4. in the accessibility Control Panel window, scroll down and under "Doing things on the screen easier to see," clearly the box "Remove background images (sicettedonneeestdisponible).

  Honestly?  Video is not an optimal method for the presentation of animations.  Better use an animated GIF, or edge to animate the outputs to HTML5 canvas, CSS3 and JavaScript.

  Video & specifically HTML5 video, is destined to all that is why users need the player controls to interact with him.

  I think that Flash takes the 100% size of the bitmap version and more sent to the GPU. The GPU then adjusts to the desired size. We use this ability is with the retina graphics, we will have a wide scene of 1024 with a movieclip at 50% of the size, and inside is a bitmap that is 2048. On the screens of the retina, you get the full quality, not a double 50% version.

  I was hoping that someone could help me. I'm not a dba, but our society, our accounting system requires the minimum password length set to a minimum of 8. Our DBA has added a password feature to PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION in profiles of these accounts to comply with policy. However, my question is, at what time work PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION? If the system passwords never change and does not connect to Oracle, would never applied function? For example, if the account "ex_system" had a length of password of 4, and the PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION has been added to their profile to run the fuction that requires a password of 8, when the 'ex_system' password should be changed?
  
  Also, is there a way to manually check individual accounts to see if their existing passwords comply with the policy of minimum length?

  The function will be executed the next time that the password has been changed.

  You cannot recover the password of the account to check if it is consistent with the policy. You could potentially run a cracker password on the database to see which passwords can be broken in a reasonable amount of time. Any password that has been less than 8 characters, especially if it does not use special characters, would probably be broken relatively quickly. I thought that Pete Finnigan used to have such a tool on its web site but I can't seem to find it now (it may be part of its 'Enterprise Security Scanner' product)

• Is it possible that a button "check for updates" can be added on the update tab rather than wait for Thunderbird in the background, check it please?

  I'm not always able to 'catch' the update notification popup when it arrives, and I do not wish to allow the automatic updates without my permission. I have a rather 'sensitive' situation of the internet. Would it not possible to add a button on the tab updated to allow us to check the updates manually please? This would greatly help my situation.

  When the menu bar is not the AppMenu button to access the menu bar items. Some people also call the menu "Burger" in the upper right. Unfortunately, the corresponding support article is gone.

  It would make not much sense for me to put a "Find updates" button in the Update menu tab, but that's just me.

  This should not happen and I can confirm is not the case in general.  So I suspect the fact that the background of your that application closes is something in your code.

  A few notes:

  Are you sure that your background Application is closed?  You debug code and she saw through System.exit (.)?

  You must also be very carefully when you have two applications that you know actually what data they share and how they communicate.  More precisely any static variables that you think are shared are NOT.

  Your image appears to be in grayscale mode, and so you will have color.

  Go to Image > Mode and press color RGB

• 3.5 width/height background check

  Hello everyone, I'm stuck on a problem, I tried to solve it in 3.5.  I saw a few solutions in 4.0 and higher, but it does not help my situation.

  I want the background image request to keep its proportions, while being as wide as possible on the screen.  It should update that I have stretch and resize the screen.  I can't find a way to do with the MXML or CSS.  I think the solution might have to do with the updateDisplayList() overload, but I just can't understand what I have to do it.

• Really nooby question about background/foreground and background/contour switch.

  I was recently introduced to Photoshop through work and I use it for an amount of things to many successful however recently after using a tinkering with the Brush tool and background/foreground color in the Toolbox I am unable to return to change colors of background/outline. I searched online a fair bit for all solutions to this problem, but nothing helped. Whenever I paint forms that they simply appear as colorless with no fill or stroke and just sketch it that I drew. Could someone please direct me how to change the icon of the 2 area (x button) to return to the power change and change my background/border colors? I understand that it is probably quite simple, but it feels like I hit a brick wall with a lot of sharp rusty nails sticking out it >. <

  I don't know, but I'm guessing that IE does not like the combination of png transparent/Iframe. Have you tested to see what is happening without the Ifame. ?

  If the page displays ok in Internet Explorer after removing the IFrame you will need to start looking for a solution or think of a different way to build the page.
