  I have a new HFS100 Vixia Canon (AVCHD) and you have installed Premiere Elements 7.0.   Previously, I used a mini-Strip definition camcorder Standard and editing the videos with Windows Movie Maker or Cyberlink Power Director.

  Capture issues:  The media AVCHD import option does not require a fire wire / or provides the remote control.  (I LOVE this feature since I bought a camcorder with flash memory cards so that I could import the media thanks to a reader of cards instead of having to plug the camcorder).  I realize now, but can I also want to import a small segment of a longer scene.  The function to capture AVCHD should have control of the aircraft? If not, can I use the capture of HDV camcorder rather function? Requires my project settings settings?    

  Compliance issues:  After I imported the .mts files, PRE 7.0 automatically goes through a process that says: it is "consistent" files.   Which means "compliant"?  This requires settings of my project settings?

  While the additional RAM will improve your experience of likely change, it is the CPU that gets stressed with AVCHD. What CPU type and speed of your system has. Many strongly suggest a Core2 Quad as the minimum CPU for AVCHD.

  and have blurred by editing it and went 'ok' according to my criteria.

  Pending a question I have is how to something 'UNDER' my left navigation bar.

  to put this button under the links for navigation but not just with them.  I tried to do a crash course on the float, clear, etc... but

  the best I could do was clear after the navigation bar left float but then the content in the middle is pushed down under the end of the navigation bar.

  1. The model has done wrong
  2. The person who in fact the model had no understanding of what he or she was doing

  Children pages you received have been published outside of Dreamweaver (probably before passing to the customer).  See #2 above.

  The customer changes the child pages directly - that is, without the benefits of the model.  Simply edit the editable page regions a child will not model updates trigger.

  Please tell me what DW is using your client?

  I get this thing to model (I think).  But I have in fact two versions of the pages of my site.  I created a template, 'A' as the main template for the site with all the links, the headers and footers.  I've created and then model 'B' of A special sub-pages for the site with a background image.  Models A and B are similar links and page footers.  In fact, I used the command 'make model' on the common menu to identify the editable regions and create models.  Here's the question:

  If I update model, is supposed to update all pages spawned him.  If I update model A, it will be not only the update B model, but all pages created of model B as well?

  Now, think about this.  Each page on this site has the SAME HTML.  The only difference is the CSS associated with each page.

  If you have that much flexability just by changing the CSS, why would you ever need nested models - and the answer is, do it not.

  The B or the secondary model, cloned from Master model, should be used for what I call the nave bar level pages.  This is exactly the same as that of master model has, but I included a background image in the editable div section.

  A simple style sheet embedded in the editable area of the head of this page of the child can make this background image to change it for you.  No need for nesting patterns.

  When you arrive at this page, you will see links to the other pages that I have created as content pages (using the main template).  Again, the only difference between A & B is the background image.

  If page B links are unique to the pages B, consider this-

  * create an editable region in A model, where you have to insert the menu for pages in B.

  * Save A template so that all your pages filled with this combo box.

  for A child pages, let the empty edit box.

  for pages B, insert either a DW library item containing your items of secondary navigation or a server-side include containing the navigation elements.

  You have all the benefits of working with only a model unique and all the flexibility of CSS page/content development and can provide SSI/library items.  No nested model!

  OK so basically I'm creating a HTML page from a template I've already drawn.

  When I try to insert a widget (jQuery Gallery) in the editable area I get the following error.

  "the widget requires a code that must be inserted into the header of the document. integration cannot take place because this document is read-only"

  I saw a previous thread (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/901299), who had the same problem with a solution, but can't seem to make sense.

  Not exactly where and what to paste in the HTML page header.

  Yes - I thought that the response has been exceptionally good.  Now I know why!

  You would be sticky the code in your page to the CHILD, not the model.

  First thing you can do is to save the page to a model on the same folder level as the page child real target, which will ensure that the links are all correct for the actual page.  Then - in the model page, copy the text below and above and paste it into the editable region called 'head' in the child page.  Now - new model page, copy the text belowand at the topand paste it to the desired location in the child page.  That should do the trick.

  First of all, this isn't a DW model although you have saved with the extension DWT.  The correct way to create a template in DW is to do a page and save it with the FILE | Save as template...  This will insert all the editable regions following basis:

  1. an editable region called "doctitle" within the title of the page - this tag allows each child page to have a unique title.

  2. an editable region called 'head' in the head region of the page - this allows each page of the child to have a content single head (tags meta, javascript, CSS, etc.).

  In addition, you will need to insert your own editable regions in the body to allow each page of the child to have unique content.

  Not only your "template" (which looks like a simple HTML file that has been saved with the extension *.dwt) did not base any of the editable regions, it contains no editable to all region!  This is clearly not going to work and will result in exactly what you see - a 'child' page which cannot be changed.

  It seems that you have opened the file in Illy; If this is the case, there are two is:

  (1) the text is direct type, and you can simply select the (appropriate) text tool, click where you want to edit and start editing. the character palette/Panel will show you the police, but you're already working in it;

  (2) the text is the indicated Type and so only vector paths, and you can not change, so you will need to recreate the tool text (suitable); There is no information on the police, so you have to squeeze out those who created the work, or use one of the sites listed below or similar), or ask here or in the forum of typography;

• A way to transform a model chart/map in an editable model?

  I've been curious about this for a while now, so I was hoping that maybe some of you knowledgeable people here could shed some light on this for me.

  I often use Adobe Illustrator to create graphs, maps and diagrams which contains texts for my employer. Basically, he tutors in development of the business at the highest level, and I give it with graphics, presentations, powerpoint, animations, and many other things for his seminars.

  Now, sometimes we use our graphics and maps without content (ie. no text, arrows, etc.) so that it can let companies fill the values themselves during their exercises in the training course.

  However, my (or should I say OUR) problem has always been to find a way for me to 1) template in Illustrator and 2) to convert the model in an editable chart, or map, complete with text, arrows, etc.

  I just finished a little test, however, and it seems pretty good.

  What I did to create the map in Illustrator template, save it as a PDF file, and then open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Pro and insert the form fields in the empty boxes (the boxes on the map must be empty, since companies must fill these boxes with values that correspond to their own (read agenda ((: business)).

  After filling the boxes with form fields, I recorded and re-opened to try to enter some text by default, and it seems to work pretty well.

  What I wonder, however, is whether there is a far more effective way to create a template chart chart/map which can be modified by others, easily and effectively.

  Maybe someone here knows of a viable solution?

  If the presenter and the public edit the labels of text, but no color, position or the size of the objects, then a PDF form will work. Models for each provision of static graph diagram of construction will be more painful in Illustrator than necessary, due to the lack of the illustrator of diagramming tools. But if you need to build models in Illustrator, you could make a template file "drag & diagram construction kit drop" by taking advantage of these features and practices:

  • Modularize the schema of the page by creating all objects in order to comply with the grid increments.
  • Store each object (and groups of reused objects) as symbols. For example, you may want a symbol which consists of one of the ellipses and his arrow curved to the left. an another that consists of the ellipse and its spire curve to the right, the other with the arrows or the loop arrow, etc etc.

  Now you can build quite quickly a new arrangement of diagram of objects by dragging and dropping them on the page of the symbols palette and their position on the grid alignment.

  Then save a copy in PDF, open the PDF file in Acrobat Pro, add the fields and activate the form.

  For example, I use the method described above for a set of "ladder logic" electronic cards that describe the programming of an automotive module logic. A complete set of logic cards may be about 80 drawings. But because all the graphic elements are modularized to an alignment on the grid, I can build a new set of blank schemes within a reasonable time and replace PDF files resulting to technicians who then type symbol labels in prepositionnes PDF form fields. But then again, this implies that the graphics in the diagram are made by you, prior to use in front of the Group and the graphic elements of diagrams are not manipulated to the seminar by the presenter or the audience. that the text labels are manipulated.

Regardless of my choice, however, when I select Insert-> model-> editable objects, it will make all the javascript (in < head >) can be changed. If I move the labels editable by hand, I get an error.
