  A couple of days, I bought laptop Toshiba Satellite A200-1BJ of Jarir Book Store, Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
  The system configuration is provided by the company.

  300 hard drive space is divided into two partitions:
  C - Vista with Go 138

  (b) can I change the configuration of HARD disk space by installing the new copy of windows vista operating system. During the installation of the operating system, it will ask for the disk partition in this case, I'll format the C drive current and have a new partition of C (78 GB) and D (190 GB). Is this possible.

  (c) If b is possible, so how do I install all drivers in the system currently installed with, since Toshiba Co. don't did not provide me with the driver CD. How

  Can I get the drivers CD. Do I have to load all the drivers of webside and create a DVD of the same thing?

  I put t know exactly why Toshiba has decided to only provide the recovery CD and not the driver CD with the laptop, but all the drivers that are preinstalled on the laptop are on the Toshiba driver page. Given that all computer users have access to the internet, it should t be a problem with the driver download!
  Also the restore CD contains the entire image of Toshiba with all the pre-installed driver, tools and utilities.

  You can do it in Vista disk management.
  You can reduce the C partition and on free space, you can activate a partition of second or third.

  To my knowledge, this is not possible using the Toshiba Vista recovery CD.
  But check the proposal above!

  I recently bought a Toshiba model Satellite A200 - 204 (PSAE6E) bought the 05/12/2008, the garage.

  For the point 2.
  The dealer has made installation of o/s for 2-3 hours of surveillance.
  Now ask to take me to authorized service center and keep for 2-3 days of surveillance.
  only then can the material be confirmed (as appropriate).

  However, I would like an honest of any opinion if this can be termed as "DEAD ON ARRIVAL" & can I request a replacement in these circumstances!

  As far as I know dead on arrival questions are always issues between business partners.
  So if something is wrong with your laptop, you could request a laptop replacement. You should ask your dealer to laptop.

  Now, I want to say something about your question;

  Usually it is not big thing to do because there is a kind of tolerance of dead pixels.
  Only if the number of dead pixel is larger, then the number described in the document above the ASP will replace the screen.
  The best advice is to go back to the dealer and replace the notebook.

  I own a Satellite A200 - 1 KB which has a password on startup and I would like to delete the password.
  I tried to get into the bios setup but I can't turn it off from there and I tried holding the ESC and hold left SHIFT to start but didn't work as well.

  As far as I know, that this model of laptop with an Intel graphics chip arguably a resolution of 1440 x 900 px.
  I guess XP Intel graphic driver does not support a resolution higher as 1280x800px if aren't you able to choose higher as 1440 x 900 resolution.

  Therefore, in my opinion, you should try to install other compatible Intel graphics cards drivers to have a choice of 1440 x 900.
  But if the new graphics driver Xp will not allow the resolution of 1440 x 900, you must stay on 1280 x 800.

  I recommend looking at the Intel Web site and Toshiba to display compatible and taken drivers supported.

  Please, enter the Flash Cards settings and make sure that the first option (turn off Toshiba Flash Cards) is not enabled. After having this option use restart Flash Cards. You will find under: start of Toshiba utility programs.

  I got a Satellite A200 - 1 GB of Dubai on November 16, 2007
  It's really cool!
  It was so trendy more than I thought. Likewise, it doesn t have a fancy look, I think that it s a decent design.

  It doesn t have the harman/cardon speakers, but there is a sticker saying DOLBY SOUND ROOM. I put t know the meaning of it. But the sound quality is pretty much more than I expected.

  Win Vista it takes some time to start the PC, but performance is good. But I need to check the performance of my development work. Still, I couldn't t install the Visual Studio 2005, SQL server, kit JDK and Tomcat server.

  I think that those who will be work out on it with a prob. So I'll give my comment on A200 - 1 GB performance after working with those.

  Bluetooth, Webcam, DVD player all work correctly.

  Yes, it's time to work common battery! But note; battery working time is different and always depends on the use of the laptop!
  If the laptop runs with maximum performance and unique pieces as ODD, GPU, CPU are stressed so battery working time sinks quickly.

  Please note that the Vista operating system consumes all the resources of the laptop and also the battery power down much faster than on the first MS OS like XP.

  I bought a new Satellite A200-130, two weeks ago and when I run the Bluetooth from the BEGINNING or F8 + function, it opens the Bluetooth driver configuration, THEN COMES THE PROBLEM: it gets stuck. I opened the Task Manager to see if it has been using any CPU.
  It was actually using 1 or 2 sometimes 3 CPU. One day I left the configuration of work from 12: 00 to 12:00 and nothing happened.

  I checked your previous assignments and it's very bad that you didn't have success with BT on your A200 Satellite installation. I have the Satellite A200-1CR with BT, and in my case everything was OK. Different components have been installed and where BT finished was ready for use.

  I know you hate me for this, but I recommend you to follow:
  1 install the OS via recovery DVD new
  2. unplug all external and Vista boot devices
  3. turn the WLAN switch on WE
  4. when the WLAN led is used in combination of keys FN + F8 and switch to BT only.
  Please, don't use option ALL

  After doing this BT components must be installed. It takes about 10 minutes, but in my case it worked fine. Please if you have time do it again. I really can't imagine that this will not work. Install BT after clean operating system installation.
