  I asked this question already with no help or answers, after the most recent update app for cc photoshop and illustrator, I am more able to drag an object or text in illustrator and place it in a photoshop document as I have for 20 years. There is obviously a glitch somewhere as the 'place' pointer appears in photoshop it's going to work, but then nothing happening, no new layer, no object. This is a very useful option, and I can't keep saving objects to having to open in photoshop instead, takes too long, the pain in the ass. Anyone else having issues? Answers or solutions?

  Could you please copy text from Illustrator and paste it into Photoshop and uncheck the option 'add to library '.

• How can I request features objects from Illustrator?

  This seems to be an amateur and very simple problem, but I had no chance to solve in the last days.

  In Illustrator, I did a series of glyphicons I want to use in Photoshop.

  Now, I don't want to not simply copy and paste these glyphicons static objects.

  but apply various effects to them, most basic among them being stroke.

  Out of the four options to import an object from Illustrator into Photoshop,

  I have excluded dynamic object because it forces me to move forward and backward Illustrator and Photoshop to change,

  and I of course excluded pixel as well.

  I have the feeling that my answer may be found in the path,

  but I've been playing mainly with the shape layer.

  However, the biggest problem I have with the shape layer is the one

  It recognizes the external contour of the imported object,

  However, there is no way to do it for something else.

  For example,.

  

  If I bring the subject above to Photoshop via the shape layer,

  It won't recognize the circle as an editable area and not the star.

  So my question would be,

  How to do effects like stroke both the circle and Star

  without dealing with the separate objects?

  Moving between AI and PS is a pain and needs to be improved. Once the paths are in PS that Paste as paths, duplicate the shape layer, then remove the external path. That will leave the inner path which you can then draw.

• Export from Illustrator, inner glow effect pixelated

  I design a keyboard emoji for a client and I used the aesthetics > feature of inner glow that correspond to the typical style emoji. However, when I export from illustrator as a .png, despite the expansion of the appearance, the effect of inner glow ALWAYS appears pixelated.

  I'm not zoomed in. The rasterization of the Document settings are correct. Is this just a problem with the help of the effects in Illustrator? I'd really hate to have to use photoshop for after their design perfectly in illustrator.

  Hi Anne,.

  Do not uninstall the application. You're just trying to send from the wrong place. Open a Web and tap the icon (square with an arrow) sharing in that open Web to send to Illustrator or Photoshop CC.

  Two quick mentions:

  Make sure that you are connected to the mobile application and the desktop application with the same Adobe ID.

  Make sure that your desktop applications are the latest versions.

• Impossible to export to photoshop from illustrator.

  I have very specific instructions on how I need to this design exported from illustrator to photoshop.

  I need to the image is 20 x 20, 300 dpi +, NO anti-aliasing, with layers written. I did this without doubt on a 1000 times before and have never once fell on this problem before.

  I've been chatting to support with Adobe and Apple, and had NO help for my problem.

  I tried different files, so I know it is not specific to the file.

  I've tried different computers, so I know it's not computer specific.

  It must be a problem with the ADOBE software. Whenever I try to export files (with several layers, on Board 1 art) I get the message "not exportable to .psd."

  This has been very frustrating and is basically forcing me to miss a deadline. I must say that I am very reluctant to continue paying a monthly fee for the software that works halfway. Whenever there is an update that is something is wrong with the software.

  Before the last update, I was able to export this file to 600 dpi with no anti-aliasing No. PROBLEM. So, what gives?

  Anyone know any workarounds, patches, solutions?

  It is possible that you have one or more of the things that are a problem in the file, you will need to check each object to see if one or more things are the cause. First turn off the visibility of every object in your file, and then activate the low object and to export of .psd. If the export works correctly, then make the visible object and export again. Rinse repeat until you have touched something that causes the problem.

• Fonts do not print the correct colors from Illustrator or Acrobat

  I create in Illustrator. I put the nuances that I use for all my designs to be used as I have clients who have physical impressions of these swatches. The problem is, I can change the color of the work and the design of the elements in the file and it will print the correct color, but when you use the same exact shade on the police, it does not and it gives me a shadow of what is the color, while the design of the elements in the same file (traits (, forms, etc.) print the right shade. This occurs when you print from the two Illustrator and PDF of Acrobat format. I tried to create a new doc and type the text, but the tone still does not. I wish to print all in PDF format, but I was never able to get the correct color print in this way. Also, I have tested on several fonts and I get the same problem.

  Does make a difference if briefly explain you the text before you save it as a pdf.

  OK - think I have this sorted out now.

  When you copy and paste an Illustrator file in Photoshop, you get the dialog box PASTE.

  You can paste as smart object, Pixels, path and shape layer. In the past, you would select depending on what you want (in my case for most Smart Object) and viola - you have your dynamic object. However, in the newly revised version, there is a checkbox in low called "Add to my current library" If this box is checked, it becomes a library file that displays with a 'cloud' icon in the layer. If you uncheck the 'Add to my current library' it won't matter as a regular smart object.

  File > Place... and find the Illustrator file that you want to import. Show Import Options when placing.

  Hi, Illustrator CS6 and below is not taken in charge of Clipboard for SVG. The Clipboard support SVG has been added in Illustrator only in the version of Illustrator CC. The function copy / paste has been added in version Edge animate CC 2014.

  • For all non-text content vector: you can copy the work of Ilustrator CC and superior and stick to the CC 2014 (June release) edge.
  • To have the text of content: you can copy the text from Illustrator CC 2014 work (June release) and stick to the CC 2014 (June release) edge.

  Is it possible to align the text from Illustrator (or any other Adobe program) in InDesign, and preserve the paragraph and character styles? If not, is it possible to paste text at least and preserve local formatting (as when you paste text from Photoshop into an Illustrator document and it is the same font/size etc.).

  Like InDesign has a complete different text engine as Photoshop and Illustrator (both) have the same, it is impossible to do in simplicity.

  But because that a file is a kind of PDF you can use 3rd party converters as PDF2ID PDF InDesign CC, convert PDF in InDesign CC, open a PDF in InDesign CC.

  I think that the problem started with the latest updates. Work normal flow of copy and paste no longer functions properly.

  Photshop changes the dimensions of the vector illustrations copied from illustrator and pasted in photoshop.

  If I start with a 6 x 6, vector shape in illustrator, then select copy, I should be able to enter in photoshop, select file and then new.

  and the document should automatically extract the dimensions of the Clipboard. For some reason any 6 "x 6" opens a 0.6 x 0.6 in document.

  Even if I manually change the document to 6 in. x 6 in., another thing I copy for more than 6 x 6 gets its dimensions changed to fit inside the illustrator document. I cannot copy and paste a 10 x 2 vector in 6 "x 6" document without changing the dimensions of photoshop

  I think a number of things are colliding together. Looks like your main concern is that pasted files are to be resized to fit existing document limits, correct?

  There is an option in the preferences to disable this behavior. Do you know if you have this option unchecked
